A Secretive Deal with My Billionaire Boss novel Chapter 16

Alexander

The previous night…

I swirled whiskey in my glass, lounging on the leather couch in my study. The city lights twinkled beyond floor–to–ceiling windows, but my mind kept drifting to Madison. Those soft lips. That intoxicating scent. The way she trembled beneath my

touch.

“Fuck.” I downed the drink in one gulp, the burn doing nothing to quell my growing arousal.

The memory of her body pressed against mine in the office tormented me. Her skin felt like silk, her breasts perfectly fitting my palms. I shifted uncomfortably, my pants growing tight at the thought of taking her right here on this couch.

I loosened my tie, images of Madison’s curves haunting me. The way she’d looked today in that pencil skirt, all professional on the outside while I knew exactly what lay beneath. The marks I’d left on her neck that she’d tried so hard to hide.

My phone buzzed against the desk, Leo’s name flashing on the screen. I grabbed my phone, Leo’s grinning contact photo lighting up the screen.

“Yo Alex, you’re not gonna believe

Leo’s voice crackled through the speaker.

I pinched the bridge of my nose, setting down the empty whiskey glass. “Hit me with it.”

“Been going through the security footage from that night. Every damn angle, every frame. Whoever slipped you that shit was

either invisible or…”

“Or what?

“Or they knew exactly where the cameras were.” Leo paused. “But here’s the weird part – nothing looks off. Everyone who approached you was accounted for. Even checked the staff.”

I leaned back in my chair. “Send me what you’ve got. I want to look through it myself.”

“I already compiled it, but it’s a massive file. I’ll bring it over tomorrow, easier that way.”

“Alright,” I said, my grip tightening around the phone. “Any updates?

“Not much,” Leo replied. “But I did find out that the bartender from that night suddenly quit. No notice, nothing. Just up and

vanished.

I arched an eyebrow, even though Leo couldn’t see it. “Interesting. You think he’s involved?”

“Could be,” Leo said. “Or he could just be another piece of this messed–up puzzle.”

“Bring everything you’ve got tomorrow. We need to figure this out before it gets any worse.”

You got it, man. See you then.

I hung up and stared at my phone before tossing it onto the desk.

My mind raced with questions. Who’d want to drug me? And why? The pieces didn’t add up. Every suspect had an alibi, and

every lead went cold. Someone had planned this meticulously.

I poured another whiskey, swirling the amber liquid. The bartender’s disappearance was too convenient. But something else nagged at me why target me that specific night?

The Present Day…

My fingers sank into Madison’s heat, feeling her slickness coat my skin. She gasped, her body arching against my touch, driving me wild. Her breath hitched, and I reveled in every tremor, every desperate sound she made

“Fuck, Madison,” I whispered against her ear, my voice dark and hungry. “You feel so fucking good. So tight around my fingers. I can’t wait to feel you squeezing my cock.”

“That’s it,” I murmured, adding another finger inside her, stretching her deliciously. “Take it all, baby. Show me how much you want it.”

“Good girl.” I captured her mouth in a searing kiss that left us both breathless. The urgency and tenderness mingled in our kiss made every nerve in

With a growl of annoyance, I reluctantly pulled away from her and grabbed the receiver on the desk. “What?” My voice came out harsher than intended.
