Dom whimpered.
Lola stepped in with that walk–the one that ruined lives and triggered intrusive thoughts. “So…” She eyed them like dessen, “Wu’s carrying my bags?”
The doors slid shut.
And Dom, voice cracked and spirit shattered, whispered,
“We’re already dead.”

Dom groaned. “And this is us being normal?”
He adjusted his seatbelt like it might somehow save him from her gravitational pull. “So… what exactly is the mission today?”
She leaned in, eyes gleaming, breath warm at his neck. “Make you flustered. Make him feral. Maybe try on some lingerie, Who’s to say?”
