"That's rubbish. I never asked you to do anything like that!" Sheryl's bloodshot eyes burned with fury. She clenched her fists, longing to silence Sebastian.
"I didn't expect you to admit it," Sebastian said coldly. He reached into his chest pocket and pulled out his phone. After scrolling briefly, he held it up for all to see. "You were wary of me recording our conversations, but you never suspected I'd install a hidden camera in my office. This footage clearly shows you bribing and threatening me. With this evidence, denial is futile!"
The crowd turned to Sheryl, their gazes heavy with shock and suspicion. When their eyes shifted to Justin, doubt lingered in the air.
Sheryl's heart sank, her face draining of color.
As cautious as she was, she had miscalculated. But it didn't matter. She had carried out the task herself, avoiding any direct mention of Justin's orders. Justin could still be saved.
It was Sheryl who had fallen short in her responsibilities, and she was ready to take full responsibility to protect Justin. No one was going to obstruct Justin's path to greatness under her watch.
"Mr. Justin," a reporter called out sharply, "your private physician bribed Mr. Jasper's doctor to ruin his reputation. Was this under your instruction?"
"Did you know about this?"
"A private physician involved in Beckett Group's internal feud? Are you claiming complete ignorance?"
The reporters' relentless questions crashed down like waves, yet Justin stood firm, his expression unreadable. He locked eyes with Jasper, whose gaze sparkled with defiance.
Though outwardly composed, an unspoken battle raged between the two, each clash eroding their defenses.
Finally, Justin broke his silence, his voice steady but dull.
Criticism mounted against Jasper, leaving him cornered.
Landon, Jonah, and Xavier exchanged tense glances, their concern etched into their faces as they watched Jasper's stoic demeanor.
This battle was challenging indeed.
Sheryl's confidence returned. She pointed at Jasper with renewed vigor. "Mr. Justin is right. Regardless of what I've done, you can't deny your drug use, Mr. Jasper. Nothing you say will excuse that!"
"Says who?" Alyssa strode into the hall, her presence exuding authority. Her bright eyes gleamed with resolve as she spoke in a chilling tone. "Tell me, does everything you see always reflect the truth?"

Please give us a proper ending. I can't believe that we reached as far as chapter 2483 and the story is still hanging. We would love at least for Alyssa and Jasper to be reunited without hassles....
Can u post more chapters as promised for 7 chapters a day. Enjoyed the story very much. Hope all is well and thank you in advance....
HI. I am stuck on 2454 for over 3 months now. Will there be any more chapters or we just have to stop waiting for it and forget about this book....
seems to have come to a halt useless...
Where are the chapters please ? Over a week no updates....
Just tell me where to purchase the book I definitely will buy it...
Need more chapters please...
It’s dwindled down to 1 page a day??...
7 chapters a day would be great...
I am trying to figure out why an author writes one page and it is suppose to be a chapter and then the author gets the audience hooked on the story and just drags it on. Follow the rules please, and at least give the 7 chapters daily. Two chapters every other day is a waste of time. Or just release the book and give us the option to buy it....
