Chosen just to be Rejected (by Jennifer Francis) novel Chapter 42

42 Parker Well if she wanted to be like that , so be it , she was the one to always climb on him , or nine out of ten times anyway .

She liked the s * x , the feel of those mate bond sparks , told him often enough she craved to feel it as she was climbing on him .

Parker , I want to feel all the sparks inside of me .

shed tell him .

He sometimes wondered if that was all he was to her , a good f ** k and nothing more .

They didnt have anything in common , and were rapidly growing apart , not that they had ever been really close .

He didnt like fighting with her , but this right now , her up and leaving the pack unattended , when she knew he wasnt here was utterly irresponsible of her .

She wanted to be a model and only work as a model , not be a Luna .

Then fine , thats how he would treat her , as just a model .

He accessed her Lunas card and adjusted the unlimited funds access .

Checked all her modelling jobs and the fees shed earned from them and allowed her access to only that amount .

She was not going to be wasting pack money when she wasnt actively going to be here looking out for their pack .

He leaned back in his chair and wondered how long it would be before she tried to buy something or charge a suite in hotel and found out she couldnt afford it .

She also declined more jobs than she accepted .

If she didnt think the product suited her , she wouldnt model it .

Lets just see how long you last out there on your own money ? he thought to himself .

If she wasnt going to be a proper Luna , then she couldnt have access to the funds of the pack .

It was going to be that simple .

He had really tried over the years , hadnt rejected what the Goddess had given him , but sometimes he really wished he had .

She should have known by now that he would restrict her monetary access ; hed done it before on many occasions .

He also put a restriction in place for when she got back as well , so she could not transfer funds from the pack to anyone , so that they could give them to her in return and avoid his limiting her spending , hed seen her do that before , and every purchase from within the pack she made , that was over $ 500 was now going to be flagged by his pack accountant .

He did not know many Lunas that travelled the world on their own , without their Alphas permission and a full warrior escort .

Parker wouldnt mind so much if Carina had waited until he was back inside the pack , discussed it with him first , and he organised a detail of warriors to go with her .

He mind linked to Katie , Did Carina take an escort ? he asked .

1/4 42 +10 Point Not that I saw .

I have her travel details ; I insisted on that , Parker She sighed .

5 : Can you please bring them to me he asked , She did , and he read them over , a one way first class ticket and a suite at the Hyatt Grand Central .

He saw the modelling offer , it was just a one day shoot , and the fee wasnt going to cover her flights , let alone a suite .

He glanced at his watch and saw that the shoot would be over by now .

He checked her card , shed not yet bought a returned flight .

She was going to stay longer than the job .

He even knew why .

She was going to go shopping for the latest New York fashion .

He texted her When will you be coming home ? When I want to .

Im the Luna to the pack , not some everyday wolf .

You cant push me around .

He stared at those words , and damned near tossed his phone across the room , she could be a good Luna , if and when she wanted to be .

But her modelling career it seemed , was more important to her than their pack right that minute , showing him that entitled side of her that he really didnt like .

Hed thought Goddess Gifted Mates were supposed to help each other become better people , but it didnt seem that was ever going to happen with his Mate .
