57 Parker He didnt understand what was going on with Belladonna , she didnt even seem to care about keeping him from his child ; his heir .

She was , as far as he could tell , fully amused over there , just sitting in that chair , sipping on her coffee , like there was nothing to be concerned about ; With from what he could discern , not a single iota of care in the world , for what she had done , keeping his own child from him for nine bloody years .

Hed never have accepted her rejection if hed known there was a pup between them .

Shed worked for the Wolfen Council ; that shocked him , but even as he thought about those words and her interview with the press , shed not said where she was , just working at a university hospital , likely within an Alpha College , he now realised .

Likely the one run by Alpha Gretta , it had not been the college he had attended .

No wonder shed not said where shed worked .

He stood up , he could find his son within the pack on his own , all he had to do was walk about and let Vex scent the boy out .

All he had to do was find the orphanage in reality , that as where they lived .
