Claimed by My Bully Alpha (by Anna Kendra) novel Chapter 60

Aurora’s PO.V

And then, just as the door swung shut behind my father, another figure stepped inside, his heavy boots thudding against the floor. I barely had the strength to lift my head, but when I did, my blood ran cold.

Mr. Hemming.

His smile was slow, calculated, a predator watching his prey squirm before the inevitable kill. Well, well,he drawled, his voice filled with sick amusement. Looks like I showed up at the perfect time. His eyes scanned over me, lingering on my torn dress, on the way my chest rose and fell with ragged breaths, and something dark and vile gleamed in his expression.

I struggled against my assailants, panic clawing up my throat. Stay away from me,I rasped, but my voice barely came out above a whisper. Pleaselet me go!

He chuckled, shaking his head as he turned to the other men in the room. You boys don’t mind waiting, do you? There’ll be plenty to go around, but I think I should be the first to have my fun. After all, something as precious as this shouldn’t be wasted.

Precious? One of the men sneered. What are you going off about old man?

Her virginity, of course!Mr. Hemming laughed, the cruel sound making a shiver run down my spine as tears blurred my vision.

Ohh! A virgin! This will be fun!

Yes,” Mr. Hemming nodded, as he stepped closer. And I want that first blood.

The way they laughed, the way their eyes darkened with hunger, made my stomach churn. It was at that moment that I realized how truly alone I was. No one was coming to save me. No one would burst through that door and put a stop to this nightmare.

Nopleasenothis can’t be happening

Is this how it was going to end?

The men started to move, the air thick with tension, with anticipation, with the promise of something far worse than death. Mr. Hemming knelt before me, his hand tracing the curve of my cheek, his breath hot against my skin.

Don’t fight it, sweetheart,he murmured. ‘It’ll only make it worse.

I closed my eyes, forcing myself to breathe, forcing myself to think. I couldn’t give in to the fear. I couldn’t let them break me.

I had to survive.

I reached my trembling hands out, my fingers desperately searching for anythinganything at allthat could give me an advantage, something solid, sharp, or heavy enough to stop him. My breath came in ragged gasps, my chest rising and falling in panic as my heart pounded against my ribs.

The cold, damp floor beneath me sent a shiver through my body, but I ignored it, too focused on the sound of his approaching footsteps, the slow and deliberate way he moved toward me, as if savoring my fear. My fingers brushed against something smooth, and I almost recoiled until I realized what it was. A beer bottle. My grip tightened around its neck, my nails digging into the glass as I struggled to keep my breathing even, not wanting to give myself away.

This was my one chance. If I missedif I hesitatedit would all be over.

Mr. Hemming’s voice was taunting when he finally spoke, the sick amusement in his tone sending another wave of dread down my spine.
