Amelia saw that everyone was looking in the same direction. She could not help but turn her head and looked at Kaiden confusingly.

She was completely unaware of what had just happened.

"Get lost!" Under the dead silence, Kaiden touched his eyebrows and shouted angrily.

The man covered his face with his hands and stumbled out of the room.

Everyone else in the room was still stunned. It was not until they saw Kaiden's eyes that they realized that he wanted everyone present to get lost.

As a result, everyone got out of the room.

Except for Amelia.

She looked at Kaiden who was still angry confusingly and asked, "What happened? Why did you chase them away? Aren't they your friends?"

After hearing her question, the corners of Kaiden's mouth curled up. He turned and walked towards her with large strides. His glance was on Amelia's waist and it never left.

Amelia followed his glance and looked down, only to find that the hem of her shirt had come out and it looked like she was not well dressed.

She gently pulled it down with her hand and continued to ask Kaiden, "What's wrong with you? Say something."

Kaiden's gaze went up all the way to Amelia's face. He then asked unhappily, "Can't you feel that others are having lewd thoughts about you?"

Amelia tilted her head and said, "What are you talking about? Why don't I understand anything?"

Kaiden did not expect her to understand. After all, she was so focused on her work just a moment ago and she would not have noticed that the man standing behind her was having lewd thoughts about her!

Kaiden then decided not to say it out loud. After all, even a man like him felt sick by thinking about it, not to mention what Amelia would feel when she knew it.

"It's nothing. Just continue on your work." He looked down at her and tried to act as if nothing had happened.

Amelia nodded. She did not know what had happened, but it was better for her since the group of people left. It made her cleaning job much easier.

Without everyone else, Kaiden could only place all his attention on Amelia.

"Stop it! Just stop it!" He could not hold it back anymore and shouted at Amelia, who was cleaning in front of him.

Amelia was stunned for a moment. She raised her head and asked happily, "Are you going to return the car key to me?"

All she cared about was her keys! Why did she not thought about asking him if he had any other requests?

Kaiden lost his reasoning. He could not help but say, "I changed my mind!"

Amelia gritted her teeth and asked, "What do you mean?"

Kaiden patted the empty seat next to him. "Didn't you want your keys back? Come here and sit next to me!"

Amelia caressed her fingers so hard that creaking sounds could be heard. She walked over but did not sit down. "What kind of trick do you have in your mind again?"

Seeing the aggressive look on his face, Amelia could not help but defend herself. "You brought this upon yourself! This is proper self-defense."

Kaiden squinted his sore eyes and said in a bad mood, "I'm just kidding! Do you want to blind me by poking me so hard?"

Amelia stands trim on her point. "It isn't acceptable even if it is just a joke. I don't like it!"

Kaiden curled his lips. "D*mn it. I wanted you to get lost along with your key but now, you poked me and I'm no longer as handsome as before. What do you think we should do to settle this issue now."

Amelia did not take it seriously. "It's not a big deal. You just need to close your eyes and have some rest. When you wake up later, everything will be fine!"

Kaiden was not an idiot. He said, "Then I'll go to sleep now. If my eyes recovered later after I woke up then I would give you your keys back."

Amelia went anxious in an instant. "When you wake up later, it's already late. Just wait here. I'll be back soon!"

Kaiden stayed in the room as Amelia turn away and left the room. Her keys, blazer, and leather bag were all in this room. It was impossible for her to run away at all.

A moment later, Amelia returned with a basin of water and a towel with some ice in it.

She stood in front of him and said with a stinky face, "Lie down and let me apply this to your eyes."

Kaiden stared at the things in her basin. "Using ice cubes?" "Yes, ice can ease inflammation and eliminate swelling. Well, just lie down. I don't have time to waste!"

Kaiden saw her impatient face and he could not help muttering. If Patrick's eyes were hurt, she would be so nervous instead of being so fierce.

Hang on. Why did he want to compete himself with Patrick? He was determined to become someone like his cousin!

Kaiden shook his head. After clearing up his mind, he slowly sank onto the sofa.
