Shawn wanted to approach and stop Amelia.

However, upon hearing Amelia calling her "Brittany Ramsay" and seeing that they were about the same age, he immediately thought they would likely be a family.

Since it was a family affair, he better not meddle in their business.

"Amelia, if you don't let go, I won't be nice to you!" In order to stop Amelia from pulling her hair, Brittany's hand was busying swaying around behind her head.

Looking at the blood seeping out from Shawn's back, Brittany threw away the broken pieces in her hands, she burst into tears and ran towards the door.

At this time, Amelia had no time to care about where Brittany had gone. She held Shawn's waist with her hand and said in a trembling voice, "I'll find you a place to sit."

"Okay." Shawn frowned and said as calmly as possible.

After Amelia helped Shawn to a chair, a harsh cry was heard from the outside of the door, "Let me go! I don't want to go back! Let me go!"

Amelia looked sideways and found that Brittany was taken back by Patrick and Kaiden. Brittany was stuck in between Patrick and Kaiden's huge arms.

"If you didn't do anything, you need not be afraid. You must have done something bad to be running away that fast!" Patrick stopped talking and pushed Brittany in disgust. She fell to the ground and shivered.

Patrick's glance rested upon Amelia. He saw her bloodshot eyes that were laid on Brittany. There was huge a mess on the floor and some of the broken pieces had bloodstains on them.

His expression turned cold of a sudden! He rushed towards Amelia in a few steps and turned her face to him. He then asked nervously, "What happened?"

Hearing this, Amelia's pupils trembled and the guilt in her heart rose to the peak.

Patrick could not help but to comfort her, "It's all right."

Amelia bit her lips and looked at Shawn, "Shawn if you are in pain...you must tell the doctor..."

"Ms. Ramsay, I know. Don't worry." Her tender eyes were very distracting, he could not even feel the pressure of the doctor pressing on his back.

However, things were different for Patrick. He was used to Amelia to only stare at him in such scenarios.
