Jessica, who came to the front of the monitor said to Patrick beside her, "I've watched the video just now, but there is no surveillance camera in the toilet, so I can't see what happened to Amelia inside."

Patrick frowned.

The manager saw him and hurriedly explained, "Because it's a women's toilet. If we put it under surveillance, it will cause discomfort and dissatisfaction to the female customers."

Patrick nodded his head with understanding and asked, "What about the other areas? Did you find anything"

Jessica said, "Yes." Then she gave the manager an urging look.

The manager immediately lowered his head and scrubbed the video forward with his mouse to show the scene of a certain passage in the restaurant where Amelia had turned to the washroom under the guidance of the waiter.

A few seconds later, two men wearing hoods appeared in the video. They turned around and walked to the washroom without anyone noticing.

Three minutes later, the two brought Amelia who had lost her conscious out from the washroom.

Amelia's head was resting on one of their shoulders, and her hands were held by them, seeming that she was asleep.

Then, the men holding Amelia were accidentally stopped by a waiter who was serving dishes. Looking at the waiter's mouth moving, it seemed that he was talking to them.

Patrick immediately ordered the manager, "Get the waiter here now!"

One minute later.

The waiter who Patrick was looking for arrived in a hurry. Patrick pointed at the two in the video and asked seriously, "Have you seen them?"

The waiter took a close look at the video and nodded.

Patrick asked again, "What did you say to them at that time?"

The waiter said, "Ohm, I was about to serve the dishes to the customers that time. When I walked passed the passage, I accidentally ran into them so I apologized to them."

Patrick looked unsatisfied with his answer, the manager quickly asked the waiter, "That's it? Is there anything else?"

The waiter recalled and said, "Uhm, I saw a beautiful woman being held by them, seeming unconscious so I asked them if they needed any help. But, they said they were her friends who had a gathering with her but she was drunk so they were about to send her back, then I went to do my own work."

The manager said angrily, "How could you let them go just like that! You should have asked them more clearly!"

The waiter said in a low voice, "But, isn't this kind of matter quite common in the restaurant?"

"Urgh!" The manager's eyes widened while Patrick asked, "Do you still remember their looks?"

The waiter narrowed his eyes. After the waiter recalled for a while with difficulty, he said, "Sir, I was focusing on serving the dishes so I didn't remember their looks very clearly. I only remembered that they are young men with ordinary looks."

Only those with outstanding looks, be it handsome or ugly, could leave an impression on others in a short time. So, it was reasonable to claim that the ordinary ones without any special attributes would probably be forgotten after a glance.

Jessica got anxious and asked from the side, "Then what should we do now?"

Patrick stared at the video and said in a heavy tone, "We can't see their looks clearly because of their attire."

Jessica looked at him in disbelief. She thought that if Patrick was unable to solve the problem, then no one else could!

When Patrick was about to suggest that they could find the customers around to ask them about it, the waiter said, "Er... Manager, can I say something?"

Amelia had been on a boat across the sea after being transferred for several times.

During this period, she had been shook up by someone but she could not see her surroundings at all because her eyes were blocked by a blindfold.

Then she was forced to take some food and then a pill which she soon fell asleep again.

When Amelia was put on bed, she tried to gather her remaining focus to listen to the movements around her.

She only heard someone cursing something beside her and soon fell asleep as she was too tired.

The only thing she knew was that those who had kidnapped her would not harm her for the time being, because she heard the words 'Patrick' and 'revenge'.

The moment Amelia thought that Patrick had been seriously injured for her, Amelia did not want him to get involved again. But, she was already a prey in their trap which had no ability in stopping the happenings.

In the following days, Amelia had been in the cycle of being shaken awake, fed with food and then pill, and falling asleep.

She had been moved several times occasionally, but her ears were stuffed as well.

When she was awake, she had asked the person who fed her food who he was. But she got slapped on the face so she did not ask again.

When she was awakened by someone again, her earplugs were removed and she finally heard

someone take the initiative to talk to her.

The person pulled her hair, forced her to raise her face and said after a while, "You're a beauty, but an extremely smelly one. I should really clean you with Bottega Veneta."

The person who was speaking was a woman, whose accent was undefinable.
