Come To Me (Amelia and Patrick) novel Chapter 1446

Outside the door, Ruth revealed a shocked expression after she heard the woman crying out for help.

Did Ruth hear it wrongly? Sawyer was forcing the woman!

How could that be!

So, Ruth shouted while pounding the door, "Sawyer, it's Mom! Open up! Mom has something to tell you!"

The man in black, who was hiding in the dark, became anxious for his master. He wanted to help him drive Ruth away, but he failed to think of an excuse to do so!

Back in the room, Amelia was taken aback when she heard Ruth's voice. She looked at Sawyer and asked, "So, that's your mom outside the room?"

Sawyer glared at Amelia for a moment, then he suddenly said in a fierce tone, "That's right, so you better be cooperative, or we'll die together."

Amelia was so startled by his gloomy expression that she did not reply.

Sawyer then took the opportunity to take out a tape from the bedside table and sealed Amelia's mouth with a swish.

When Amelia came to her senses, she was so angered that her blood boiled!

Sawyer then quickly wrapped Amelia in the blanket and left only a small gap for her to breathe before he got out of bed.

Amelia, who had her lips taped cried out with the thought that Sawyer better hoped Amelia would not run into Ruth. Otherwise, Amelia would spill everything about Sissi!

In the next second, Sawyer said in an icy tone, "If you dare to let out another cry, I'll tape up your nose as well!"

Given the current situation, Amelia shrank back and quietened.

When Sawyer saw that his threat was effective, he thought for a moment and unbuttoned the first button of his shirt before he opened the door.

As soon as the door opened, Ruth saw Sawyer and his untidy wardrobe. She could not help but cover her mouth and glanced into the n n

room. Sawyer, you... you...

"Mom." Sawyer shut the door behind him and blocked it firmly with his tall figure. He appeared to be slightly embarrassed from being exposed. "Have you heard all that?"

"Ah?" Ruth froze. Was Sawyer tacitly agreeing that he was forcing the woman inside into coercion?

Sawyer then continued with a smile, "Mom, as you've heard, I have a girlfriend. She moved in yesterday, and she'll be living with me. We were just messing around just now."

"Is... is that true?"

"Of course. Can't you hear that she isn't calling for help now? She's so shy to even make a sound after she found out that you're here."

Ruth stared at Sawyer's smile and her heart bloomed with excitement!

Sawyer had not smiled for years, but the woman in the room had put such a contented grin on his face. Needless to say, Ruth was elated!

Ruth then patted her chest to calm down and said, "So, you were just messing around. You gave me a fright as I thought you were invading her!"

As Sawyer listened to her, he showed a helpless expression while buttoning up. "Mom, do I look like the kind of person?"

"No!" Ruth quickly denied. "You're outstanding and admired by many. Of course, you won't have to force such a thing!"

Amelia was disappointed. She thought Ruth would come in and have a look after hearing her call for help. Unexpectedly, nothing of the sort had happened.

Sawyer pulled a chair and sat down beside the bed. Then, he said to Amelia, "I need you to do me a favour."

Amelia responded with a look of contempt.

Sawyer returned her a faint smile. "Or do you think it's more comfortable to be tied up?

Of course, that was not the case!

Amelia shook her head hard.

"Then, think whether you want to remain being tied up here or regain your freedom in action.

Did she even need to think about it?

Amelia stretched out two fingers to indicate that she chose the second option.

As a result, her arms were released. She then quickly tore off the tape from her mouth while her eyes teared up from the pain.

"Are you done?" Sawyer watched her movements sharply.

After Amelia shook off the tape, she spat, "What do you want?"

She had considered that it would be better to take the initiative instead of suffering passively.
