After heaving a long sigh, Amelia muttered, "It's no wonder that you insisted to take care and raise Sierra when you first found her at the shop. You wouldn't listen to me and change your mind at that time. But now I can finally understand why."

Whenever Sierra was being brought up in the conversation, Jessica could not help beaming, "Sierra is the gift of God! I believe that somehow it was fate who brought us together. Otherwise, it would not just so happen that her birth parents abandoned her here.

"What!!!" Amelia stood up all in a sudden. She was overwhelmed by shock that she knocked off the table and resulted in her cup of tea spilling out.

The yellowish tea began flowing in all direction on the table. However, both of them did not seem to notice it. All they did was staring at each other.

It was only then Jessica noticed the mess on the table. She waved over the staff and requested for him to clean the table. At this moment, Amelia stammered, "You were saying that it was Sawyer who did that to you when he was younger?!"
