Come To Me (Amelia and Patrick) novel Chapter 1661

When Patrick returned to the room, Amelia was standing sideways in front of the glass window as she overlooked the scenery above the sea. A group of seagulls soared on the horizon and occasionally dived to catch food.

At this moment, Amelia had changed into a white shirt and a pair of blue jeans after she put the dress into the laundry basket.

The corner of her shirt was loosely tugged into her jeans, which concealed her slightly swollen belly and gave her a youthful vigour.

She wore a peaceful smile on her face, and Patrick could not help but hold her.

Amelia was aware of his arrival. She received his embrace while her eyes were still staring out of the window. "It's beautiful here, isn't it?"

Patrick hugged her and took in her scent after she came out of the shoewr. He murmured, "Of course."

After that, he asked, "Do you want to go out for a walk?"

Amelia smiled and replied, "I'd love to."

Patrick turned around and held her hand while she hugged his arm, then the two walked out the door together.

It was wonderful living in a floating villa. Whenever Amelia desired to, she could immediately step out and soak in the sapphire ocean around her.

Patrick could not help laughing when he saw that Amelia was about to squat down. He then stopped her and said, "Amy, this is not a good place to get into the water."

If they wanted to dive, they had to equip themselves with diving equipment, followed by a tour guide and a lifeguard.

"Okay." Amelia looked away and walked along the walkway connecting the villa and the other side of the beach.

After a moment, they were ashore and arrived at a beach.

Many sun umbrellas were propped up on the beach, and there were about two to three lounge chairs under each umbrella. They were people lying on the chairs, while some were seated, and others were laying down. All of them were enjoying the charm of the clear sea and expansive blue sky.

Right then, a tanned- skin native came forward, "Lady and gentleman, I'm one of the staff here. Would you like to rent an umbrella?"

Patrick and Amelia looked at each other, then Patrick said, "We want a quieter spot."

"Okay." The staff led them to a sun umbrella that was vacant on both sides. After that, Patrick rented all three of the umbrellas, which confused the staff.

To which Patrick only replied, "We have friends coming later."

After that, the staff happily received the money and left.

Amelia sincerely asked, "Mr. Hopper, are there people coming later? You mean the photographers?"

Patrick shook his head. "No, I just don't want to be disturbed."

Amelia nodded and asked with interest, "Then can I get into the water now?"

Patrick's face faltered slightly as he heard this. "Can a pregnant lady swim?"

"I didn't say I'm going to swim." Amelia blinked innocently. "I just want to dip my toes into the water."

As for swimming, Amelia had already asked Paisley about it on the phone. Paisley said that it was best for a pregnant woman to swim during the fifth to seventh month of pregnancy because the fetus would be stable by then. So, the organs would be in place, and their physical function would begin to work.

Unfortunately, Amelia was pregnant for less than five months, so she had to give it up.

Patrick's nervous mood immediately eased. He said, "Then I won't stop you."

"Great!" Amelia quickly took off her shoes. She then rolled up her trousers to around her knees and waved at Patrick. "Come after me!"

How could Patrick refuse her enthusiastic invitation? He reached out his hand to tug on the hem of her clothes, but she exclaimed in a low voice and narrowly avoided him. After that, she turned and ran away.

"Be careful!" His warning mixed with her lively laughter, which sounded gentle and indulgent.

The sand under Amelia's feet was fine and slippery. It did not hurt her feet in the slightest, as if it had been carefully polished. While Amelia ran and cried out freely, the sun painted a layer of gold on her hair and skin, which made her look ethereal in the light.

Patrick could have caught up with her in no time. But every time he was close to her, he could not help but slow down, just because he was greedy for her bright smile.

Amelia was forced to stop when a kite fell by her legs and the line entangled around her feet.

When she looked down, she found a colourful butterfly kite stuck in the sand. Amelia was picking it up when she heard, "Excuse me."

Amelia took the kite and turned back. Patrick came forward and to take the kite from her hands just in time to give it back to the blond children that were staring at them.

"Thank you." The children received the kite and thanked them in French. After that, they ran away.

Patrick turned to look at his beloved. "Are you all right?"

Amelia took a breath and smiled at him. "I'm fine."

As Patrick spoke, his hand around her waist tightened. Their perfect bodies were immediately glued together in the next second with an inborn harmony and an intense suggestion.

Amelia was so frightened that she quickly let go of her hand that was covering Patrick's eyes. She happened to see his mischievous smile, so she reacted and asked, "You're teasing me!"

Patrick rubbed her hair with the tip of his nose and said with a smile, "If you want to get to the real deal, I can cooperate with you too."

After Patrick finished, he raised his head. His eyelashes, which were dripping with water, gave his eyes a wet look, which made him look extremely alluring to Amelia.

"I surrender, okay?" Amelia raised her arms to surrender. Whether Patrick was serious or not, he would make her forget her original intention about going into the water.

"Good girl." Patrick then kissed her lips lightly and stopped teasing her.

After playing in the water for a while, Amelia returned to the shore and shook off the water from her shins. The crystal-clear water drops slid down her slender and fair legs, and the sight parched Patrick's throat.

He then silently led her to the bottom of the sun umbrella. And after Amelia sat down, Patrick picked up the towel on the lounge chair and wiped her legs.

Amelia widened her eyes with surprise. "Mr. Hopper?"

"Don't get nervous. I'm just worried that you might catch a cold," Patrick answered casually. He then tossed the towel to one side and rolled down the trouser legs that were hitched up to her knees to cover her seductive legs.

Amelia could not help but snicker at this words. "I'm not that fragile."

In the end, she added, "Thank you for your meticulous care, Mr. Hopper."

"This is what I should do."

Right then, a waiter pushed a cart by them. The waiter quickly leaned over and politely asked after he heard Patrick's call for him, "Would you like to order something?"

Amelia stared at the snacks, desserts, drinks, and fruits on the cart. Then, she turned her head to Patrick and said, "Mr. Hopper, I want to eat something different."

At her request, the items that Patrick ordered were all local snacks. Although some of them did not suit Amelia's tastes, she ate with delight.

When night fell, Patrick reached out a hand to Amelia. "It's time to have dinner, Amy."

Amelia put her hand onto Patrick's and asked, "Then we'll have to shoot tomorrow?"

"Right. We have a whole day tomorrow, and I promise you that you'll be satisfied," Patrick replied humorously.
