Tyler’s hand froze in mid–air; his gaze swept coldly across ale, who shrank back in fear.

A chilly glint flashed past Tyler’s dark eyes–eyes that seemed exquisitely carved by a master’s hand.

Yale didn’t dare to make a sound.
