copy of the contract that I sent you.”

Rachel couldn’t remember the clause, no matter how hard she tried to recall it. She pulled out her phone and

scrolled through the contract. Her eyes widened when she found the clause.

Tyler patted the space next to him on the bed. “Stop reading it. Wash up and get some rest. We’re going to the

private villa tomorrow.”

Rachel thought back on what Tyler said to Anne and smirked. “Is there really a need for that? You’ve handed

Anne the proposal, and she understands the terms of collaboration very well. She’s in the consideration phase

right now.”

Tyler’s eyes narrowed, his dark eyes glinting in the dim lighting. “Please, have some professional ethics. What’s going on? Is there something on your mind? Why are you behaving like a newbie at your first job?”

His words made Rachel realize that she had been led by her emotions since Tyler walked through her door. She

couldn’t even quite put a finger on what she was feeling right now.

She lowered her head. “I’m sorry. Let me wash up.”

Rachel walked into the washroom and shut the door. She turned on the tap and splashed cold water on her face,

sending a chill down her spine and making her slightly more alert.

She looked at her pale face in the mirror and thought back on her reactions just now, and belatedly came to her senses. She held her forehead in her palm and groaned helplessly.

She was behaving like a jealous woman just now!

She couldn’t believe she was jealous of Tyler and Anne.
