Chapter 890
Tyler noticed Wanda’s silence and looked up at her.
“What is it, Wanda?”
She finally snapped out of it. “Dinner’s ready. You can eat now.”
“Okay.” Tyler got up from his chair.
He had been buried in work all day and hadn’t eaten yet.
As they headed downstairs together, he gave her instructions.

“Wanda, keep an eye on Rach’s meals these days. Her appetite may not be great right now. Try smaller portions more often, and switch things up so she doesn’t get bored of the food.”
Wanda didn’t respond right away. Tyler glanced at her again and noticed she looked a little uneasy.
“Is there a problem, Wanda?”
She came back to her senses. “Oh, no, sir. Don’t worry. Whatever she wants to eat, I’ll make it for her. I’ll also make sure she doesn’t overdo it with any one dish. I’ve been through pregnancy before, so I know what to do.”
After all, Wanda had raised two children of her own.
“Good. I’ll leave it to you.” Tyler trusted Wanda. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have brought her here in the first place.
“Actually, sir, I do have one question.”
“Go ahead.”
Wanda looked a little embarrassed. “Could you maybe not call her ‘Rach?‘ I almost thought for a second you were calling Ray…”
Ray and Rach were too easy to mix up. Sometimes, it really did give people the wrong impression.
In the end, Tyler said, “From now on, just call her Madam.”
Wanda’s eyes lit up. “Alright, sir.”
Rachel saw them come down the stairs and quickly called out, “Finally! I’m starving.”
Tyler was fascinated by the eager look on her face. “You don’t have to wait for us, you know. If you’re hungry, eat first. Don’t wait on anyone.”
He pulled out a chair and sat down.
Rachel picked up her fork and tried Wanda’s hot wings. The crispy, numbing heat and rich spice spread across her mouth. She clenched her fist in delight and praised Wanda.
“Wanda, this is amazing! You’re such a great cook.”

Wanda beamed. “As long as Madam likes it, then all the work was worth it.”

For someone who cooked, there was nothing better than hearing real appreciation. It made all the effort worthwhile.
Rachel was a little startled. “Madam?”
“Yes. Sir just told me to address you that way. So, when’s the wedding? I’m ready for the banquet already.”
