From the front seat, the designated driver asked, “Where to?”
Tyler had no desire to go home tonight. He simply leaned toward Athena and said, “I’m staying at your place.”
Athena hadn’t planned on letting Tyler crash at her apartment. She’d just gotten some new photos of Kerwin and wanted to look through them in peace. Even after shedding tears for him for a week, she still felt it wasn’t enough—she’d probably spend the next month in a daze.
But then she glanced up and saw the little mole on the bridge of Tyler’s nose, and her resolve melted.
She just couldn’t harden her heart against a man who had that mole.
With a sigh, Athena gave the driver her address.
He took them straight to her place.
By the time Tyler got out, he’d sobered up a bit. Leaning against Athena for support as they walked, he made a silent vow: *This time, I’m definitely getting a look inside Athena’s master bedroom.* He’d tried before and never gotten in—he was convinced she was hiding secrets in there.
All the way up, Tyler clung to her side, right until Athena unlocked the door.
He made a beeline for the couch, sprawling out as if he had no intention of moving.
Athena tried to pull him up, but he caught her off guard, yanking her down into his lap.
“Athena,” he announced, “tonight, I’m sleeping in your bedroom.”
A frown flickered between her brows. She’d just left that photo album in there and hadn’t had a chance to put it away—no way was he going in.
“The guest room’s all set up,” she said briskly.

Author, would you story about Ryan settling down and another story on Eric regaining his body and memories back from Patrick, and Eric also settling down as I find it so disheartening for him to have gone through what he went through at the research institute, and I'll like for him to get his "golden boy" life back though, not at the detriment of Ian....
