“Evelina’s toxic, Juan! You can’t marry her!”

Dean’s mind snapped clear. He shoved Juan away, eyes wild and desperate.

Juan’s smile faded. He frowned and grabbed Dean by the collar, thinking Dean was jealous, ready to steal Eve back.

“Dean! You never cared about Eve, so why can’t I? Why shouldn’t I treat her right?”

Then Juan swung at him, landing a punch that knocked Dean’s head to the side. Blood dripped from Dean’s mouth.

Dean wiped it away, then punched Juan right back, slamming him against the wall.

“I’m trying to help you! She’s not who you think she is!”

Juan tried to hit him again, but Dean pinned him down.

“Juan! Don’t let Evelina’s face fool you!”
