Chapter 474
Her words were like an ice tempered spear, instantly turning Wesley’s face pale,
The absenciously took a half erep back and bumped into the bronze furnace behind him.
The charcoal carded and burst, reflecting his panicked and evasive eyes. What nonsense are you talking about? The chief just has a cold”
“A cold” Abigail stepped forward, her eyes ley as she said. “My father has been strong and healthy from hunting all year round. How could he suddenly have a cold that penetrates his bones?”
The tent was instantly silent, with only the sound of wind and snow beating against the felt curtain.
Jamieson suddenly pressed the knife at his waist, glaring fiercely at Abigail. “If you talk nonsense again, I will tear your mouth apart right now.”
Trevor’s knife was half an inch out of its sheath, his tone icy as he said, “Whoever dares to touch her, try it.
“Rebellious. Rebellious!” Wesley, seeing his conspiracy exposed, simply tore off his mask.
He pointed to the outside of the tent and shouted sharply, “Someone, take down the master–protecting bastard and the ungrateful girl together! I’ll take responsibility if anything happens!”
Several spearmen looked at each other. They held the spears, hesitating.
They were all old members of the Flying Eagle tribe, watching Abigail grow up, and everyone knew the kindness the chief had shown them.
“What? You also want to disobey my orders?” said Wesley, glaring at those tribesmen. “Have you forgotten who distributed rations to you last winter?”
“When the White Sheep tribe’s rations arrive, I’ll reward each of you with ten sheep!”
Enticed by his promise of reward, two young tribesmen gritted their teeth and raised their spears.
Trevor shielded Abigail behind him, his long saber now fully drawn.
His voice was extremely cold as he said, “The warriors of the Flying Eagle tribe should not be lackeys of traitors.”
Just as the blades were about to meet, the tent flap was suddenly blown open by the wind and snow.
A hunched figure stumbled in, leaning on a cane.
The senior apothecary was wrapped in thick animal skins, a rawhide medicine bag clutched in his purplish, frozen hands.
“Chief, there’s something wrong with this medicine. Something is wrong!” said the senior apothecary.

He tremblingly held up the medicine bag in front of everyone, saying, “This is the new medicine sent by Lord Wesley yesterday, mixed with dried poisonous grass!”
The chief suddenly widened his eyes, his chest heaving violently. “I knew it…I knew you were ambitious”
Upon seeing that the situation was bad, Jamieson suddenly took out a short dagger from his waist and threw it at Abigail.
Trevor reacted quickly and slashed at Jamieson’s hand with his knife.
His knife was extremely fierce. With a heavy blow, he only heard a clang.
Jamieson didn’t expect him to be so brave, and hurriedly retracted his hand.
However, it was too late. The knife brushed against his fingertip and cut off half of his finger.
“Ah…” Jamieson screamed, clutching his hand.
Broken bones were visible through his wound, and blood gushed out violently.
Wesley then looked at Trevor again. He couldn’t help but size him up, seeing that he was unfamiliar.
Now that things had come to that, Trevor took off his mask.
He sternly shouted at them, “How dare you! I am Trevor Perkins, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of War of the Grand Luminary Empire. Why don’t you quickly surrender?”
Both Wesley and Jamieson looked at Trevor with pale faces.
After seeing the token in his hand, their legs went a little weak.
There was only one end for those who opposed the Grand Luminary Empire: death.
However, they had no other way out.
Jamieson told Wesley, “Wesley, if we surrender, there is only one end: death. The chief of the White Sheep Tribe said that as long as we kill this person, we can become the new tribe chiefs.”
Trevor gripped the knife and suddenly slashed at Jamieson and Wesley.
“Kill them all, and leave no one alive.” Wesley completely went crazy, personally drawing his long saber and charging toward Trevor.
In the clash of blades, Jamieson suddenly blew a sharp whistle.
Countless warriors of the White Hawk Tribe, armed with weapons, rushed in.
They all had White Hawk totems embroidered on their arms. They clearly were a force that Wesley and Jamieson had colluded with long ago.
“Be careful, Abigail!” Trevor waved his saber to block Wesley’s chop.

He didn’t forget to remind Abigail.
Upon seeing that, Abigail advanced instead of retreating and pulled out the soft whip wrapped around her
waist.
With a slight flick of her wrist, the tip of the whip darted out like a viper, accurately entangling the ankle of a warrior from White Hawk Tribe.
She used the force to pull back sharply, and the warrior lost his balance and fell to the ground. Before he could get up. Trevor’s long saber slashed his throat.
“Good whip technique!” Trevor praised.
His footwork changed, and his long saber protected the two on the left like a wall, leaving an opening for Abigail.
Abigail understood, and the soft whip suddenly rose to entangle the overhead beam.
Using the force to soar into the air, she avoided the scimitar that was slashing at her head–on, and the tip of the whip swept toward the enemy’s face.
Screams rang out one after another, as some warriors had their throats slit by Trevor’s quick blade.
Some were strangled by Abigail’s soft whip wrapped around their necks.
Abigail and Trevor cooperated seamlessly with a combination of strength and gentleness.
Abigail stepped on the chest of a fallen warrior, using the force to spin and fling out three whip strikes.
She forced back the enemies that were attacking, creating a space for Trevor to catch his breath.
Wesley watched his men fall one by one, his eyes full of blood.
“A bunch of trash! Kill them for me!” shouted Wesley.
He waved his saber straight at Trevor’s lower body, but Trevor slammed his wrist hard with the hilt of his sword.
The long saber flew out of his hand toward the top of the tent, splitting the eagle feather totem on his body.
“Traitors don’t deserve to wear the totem of the Flying Eagle Tribe!” Trevor roared, his knife attack becoming even more fierce.
Abigail’s soft whip suddenly wrapped around Jamieson’s wrist that was holding the dagger, and she suddenly turned around and tightened the whip.
With a crisp, cracking sound, Jamieson’s wrist bone snapped.
As the last White Eagle warrior fell into the pool of blood, the tent finally quieted down.
Trevor pointed at Wesley, who was shivering, with his knife, saying, “What else do you have to say?”

Wind and snow poured in like a waterfall, and dozens of knights in wolf skin armor from the White Sheep Tribe rushed in.
A young man, dressed in fox fur and deer skin boots, walked in from outside.
The man had a fierce look.
