"I'm here to see Mrs. Osborne," Debra replied with a polite smile.

The guard nodded. "I'll let her know."

"Hang on," Debra stopped him. "Thanks to your help yesterday, we managed to find Erica. We're here to thank Mrs. Osborne. If she doesn't see us, just pass along our gratitude."

"You're welcome. It's my job," the guard said, scratching his head. "It's cold out here. If you don't mind, rest in the security shack. I'll go tell Mrs. Osborne."

"Thank you," Debra smiled again.

Once inside the shack, Jordan asked, "We didn't find Erica. Why'd you spin it like that? Are you suspecting..."

"Just covering bases," Debra replied. "Erica's no lightweight. There is no way Enoch could take her away without Randy noticing. If it wasn't him, then it's gotta be Mrs. Osborne."

"She is related to my family," Jordan said. "But she has been out of the family for decades. I don't see her pulling this off."

"That's why I lied. I didn't want to dodge us," she explained.

Marion pulled up the night before last's footage and saved it on his phone.

Debra turned. "Why save that?"

"Something's off with it. I'll check it later."
