The old lady and her grandson exchanged glances, each understanding the other’s expression. Ten minutes later, the old lady, with a cursory glance, toured her grandson’s newly purchased house. 
Zeng Xiaoya explained that it was still under renovation, a messy mess, nothing much to look at, and the final result was not yet apparent.
