Morning brought with it a sense of impending confrontation, I stood at the window of my office at Sterling Group headquarters, watching the city come alive below as the first rays of sunlight glinted off glass and steel. I checked my watch – 7:30 AM. I’d been here since 5, reviewing every detall of our strategy. Ronald Collins was no fool. He’d built his empire through calculated risks and ruthless execution.
