A two-story house with a feel of a small villa, it has a big yard where there’s even a flower swing set up. Sitting on the swing, she was delighted.
The yard is connected to another yard, next door is Tang Mingli’s house, which has a similar layout to Tang Yue’s. There is a dividing wall in the middle of the yard, but a door was opened to facilitate movement between the two houses.
"Xiao Yue, why are you talking like the people on TV?" Zhang Hualian was deeply absorbed in cleaning the new house when she suddenly heard the voice from the TV and thought it was Tang Yue mimicking it.
"Mom, I wasn’t imitating the TV." Tang Yue couldn’t help but laugh, looking at the scene on the TV, she immediately knew why Zhang Hualian would ask that.
Tang Jun looked puzzled, staring at the TV and asked, "Sis, that person sounds just like you."
"Who?" Zhang Hualian stood up, hearing Tang Jun’s curious voice, Tang Jun pointed at the character played by Zhang Minmin and said, "Her, why does she look so familiar?"
Tang Jun was fixated on Zhang Minmin, feeling as though he had seen her somewhere before.
"Isn’t that Zhang Minmin?" Zhang Hualian frowned, as if she couldn’t figure it out: "Her voice, I’ve heard it before, it doesn’t sound like Xiao Yue."
"Hahaha~"
Tang Yue couldn’t help but laugh and explained, "Mom, Xiao Jun, she is my classmate, Zhang Minmin, and yes, the voice is mine. She recommended me to the director to do voice dubbing for her, I didn’t refuse, so the voice you hear is indeed mine."
"Ah..." Zhang Hualian stared at Zhang Minmin’s face, murmuring, "That can’t be right, Xiao Yue, clearly it’s her face, but it’s your voice, how is that possible?"
"Voice dubbing."
Tang Yue gently explained, simplifying the explanation of voice dubbing which meant that many voices in TV aren’t original but are dubbed.
Zhang Hualian and Tang Jun could understand now, but closing their eyes, it was just like Xiao Yue was speaking right next to their ears, the crisp voice like clear spring water gently striking the rocks. Yet, opening their eyes, they saw the unfamiliar face of Zhang Minmin.
However, because of Tang Yue’s voice, Zhang Hualian gained more interest in this TV show.
Tang Zhengde came out from the kitchen, and Zhang Hualian even pulled him over to watch the TV.
In front of the TV, due to Tang Yue’s voice, the couple found this TV show particularly intriguing.
"Sis, your voice is really nice." Tang Jun quietly praised on the side, his own sister’s appearance and voice truly top-notch. At school, when teachers would talk about Tang Yue, they would beam with pride.
Ever since its establishment, Tang Yue was the first one from her school to become the top provincial scholar, a person who brought glory to the school, naturally praised by teachers and set as an example for other students.
Whenever someone mentioned Tang Yue, Tang Jun felt immensely proud.
"Our Xiao Jun isn’t bad either, once you’re of age, you’ll be a handsome guy and who knows how many girls you’ll charm then." Tang Yue teased as she looked at Tang Jun.
Tang Zhengde was also handsome with very well-defined features, and Zhang Hualian looked gentle and beautiful. Tang Jun inherited both of their good genes, having excellent features and a wheatish complexion that made him look very sunny and cheerful.
"Sister." Tang Jun was buried in his studies now, not even considering dating, let alone talking more with girls, most of his time was spent with Zhang Qiang, Mo Weidong, and Wei Jiajie, simply not tuned into matters of romantic affection.
Hearing Tang Yue’s teasing, Tang Jun’s face flushed red, and even the tips of his ears turned bright red.
"Xiao Jun, having a girl you like is a very normal thing," Tang Yue earnestly said, she was already married, so for Tang Jun to have a crush was normal.
"Sister, I’m still young." Tang Jun quickly interrupted her, intently focusing on the TV, refusing to talk with Tang Yue anymore.
Tang Yue found it quite amusing, desiring to tease Tang Jun a bit more.
