Ella’s phone continued ringing, an unknown number flashing on the top of her screen. She recognized it as the same number she had gotten missed calls from, in the morning

The dark clouds returned, "Mine," he said, grabbing her wrist and yanking her into his arms.

Adrian fell silent.
