On her way back, Ella heard the panicky voice.

She continued walking.

Suddenly a hand grabbed her backpack in an abrupt movement that made her stagger.

Ella grabbed the hand and yanked it off.

’’Ah!" Esther staggered a few steps back while grabbing her wrist, ’’Sister...?" Her eyes filled with tears.

The onlookers stopped to watch the drama of the ’kind little sister’ being bullied by the ’evil elder sister’.

It seemed to Ella like although Esther was not as popular as the Imperial Goddess Ruby but she was still a campus beauty whom people adored.

’’Ah, it’s you?" Ella patted her shoulder like a kind elder sister who had just been startled earlier, ’’You caught me off guard, grabbing my backpack out of nowhere so I acted on my instinct...’’

Esther lowered her gaze and her eyes dimmed. Seeing that this foolish woman was walking in a daze, she had merely wanted to catch her off guard and get her to fall on the ground.

It was entertaining to watch her struggle there like a pest. Since she had already texted Adrian, she felt like making Ella suffer a bit more would be entertaining before Adrian makes her suffer even more.

But who could have known that she would react so violently?

Suppressing her anger, Esther smiled gently, ’’Sis, you were absent-minded and I wanted to stop you so I chased up to you as fast as I could...’’

Seeing that all was good between the sisters, the onlookers who were in for some drama, gradually dispersed.

Ella and Esther were the only people left in the area.

’’Oh? Was it something urgent?"

’’Sis, I just wanted to ask you... Are you going back to your room now?"

"Of course not, I have a date later this evening!"

Esther’s initially excited little face suddenly paled. If it was before, she would have been happy just thinking that Ella got herself involved with some other man.

But these days, she was talking about Adrian endlessly. She had even visibly learnt to fear and be cautious of the man.

Didn’t that mean she was going on a date with Adrian?

How could he go on a date with her after she had shown him such a humiliating side of Ella?

Esther would have been angry for being led by the nose like that but hearing that, she was happy instead. Her suspended heart finally returned to its place.

"I have to study so I will see you later! Bye~" Ella had barely taken a step when her hand was grabbed.

"Sis, I wanted to talk to you about something,’’ Inwardly, Esther was shocked.

Study? Since when did this fool start paying attention to studies? Hmph! Was she pretending to be all that great now?
