Chapter 341
Chapter 341
“Emily, this is the Bennett Family’s company. How did a bastard like you even get in here?” Sean sneered.
Emily had been the vice president of Bennett Group for a while now, and everyone in the company knew it. There was no way Sean didn’t know. He was obviously just looking for trouble.
But Emily wasn’t about to waste her time on him. She said, “Where I go is my own business, Mr. Sinclair. If you really want to meddle, maybe you should ask yourself if you can handle the consequences when I lose my temper.
“After all, you’ve already experienced firsthand what happens when I get pushed too far.”
Her tone was calm, but every word dripped with an undeniable threat. Sean was still traumatized from the last time she’d gone nuts and bitten him. When he heard her say that, he swore the old bite mark started aching again.
“D-Don’t you dare threaten me!” Sean blurted out, reflexively ducking behind his female bodyguard. “I’ve got a bodyguard with me now. She’s a top bodyguard from my own company. Even if you lose it again, I’m not afraid of you.”
As the only son of a rich family, Sean had started his own security company just for fun when he was bored. Since it was actually doing pretty well, it turned into his favorite thing to brag about to his rich friends.
Without sparing him so much as a glance, Emily simply sidestepped the two of them and walked away. Sean was left standing there, completely ignored, feeling as if he’d just been slapped across the face in front of everyone.
He glared viciously at Emily’s back and gritted his teeth. “Bitch, just you wait!”
Emily didn’t spare Sean a second glance, but after what happened today, Sean resented her even more.
He kept scheming about how to teach Emily a lesson, and lucky for him, it didn’t take long before the perfect chance landed right in his lap.
Matthew used to be the only vice president at the company, so Sean had always been arrogant and full of himself.
The only reason his behavior never got reported up the chain was that Matthew had planted a bunch of trusted aides around him, and Lydia was also vouching for him.

If not for that, with Andrew’s personality, he would never have tolerated such a huge parasite in the company.
Knowing exactly how things worked, Emily didn’t even waste her breath on Sean’s petty provocations. Instead, she reported the whole incident directly to Andrew.
