Chapter 127.

Kai’s pov.

“It’s okay babe I know you didn’t mean to and I’m sorry for putting your brother in that state, it was only gonna be a teaching lesson for the kids but I noticed at one point he lost his sense of reality. And I’m not upset with you for yelling, I’m still just working on the fact I’m not gonna get beaten to a pulp or taken against my will every time someone do yell” Bunny said with sincerity and looking straight into Miguel’s eyes.

Suddenly Bunny’s eyes widen in fear when she noticed her friends were in the room with us as well, “shit” were all she were able to whisper out. “We know of your past, and it won’t change how we look at you Angel, your grandfather, father and uncles told us yesterday when you were taken up to get

checked out.” Elise explained.

“I asked about your scars, and that’s how the conversation came to be.” Noah said with a little sorry

expression on his face. “Angel, you truly are the most amazing person I have ever meet and we all look at you as a sister from another mister. And we will always have your back!” Elijah said and that

made Bunny chuckle a little.

“You couldn’t have phrased that a little better?” she asked with a huge smile on her face. “Nah, I

know we have not known each other long but seriously, it feels like we have known you forever!” Neil

said also smiling. “Well guess we are one big dysfunctional family here in this house” Bunny said and

that made all of us laugh.

“So they told you everything?” Bunny asked curiously. “Yes, everything from you being kidnapped,

beaten, abused in many ways. They told us about your scars, the words carved into you back and

stomach, and that everyone here is in the mafia.” Jason explained looking at Bunny still with a

worried look.

“And none of it will change the way we look at you! You are still our sister from another mister and we will always have your back!” Elijah said with a serious tone. “Thank you guys!” Bunny said with tears in her eyes.

“Aww, don’t cry!” Lulu said coming to hug Bunny. “I’m sorry, I just haven’t really had many friends before at school other than Ali and Santi, after they moved I were all alone always at school, it just means so much to me having meet all of you!” Bunny said subbing into Lulu’s neck.

The rest of her friends group hugged her as well, and Jason carefully pulled her out of my hands so they could all have one big hug/session. This all makes me think back to the time I meet Bunny. When I first meet her she looked like she had given up on life. Her eyes were so dull, but now she have a sparkle in them all day.

I’m so grateful that she haye gotten so many people in her life that truly care about her! I would never believe that the broken little girl that saved my life four years ago would turn out to be the

most important person in my life!

Every day for a few days after she saved us we were waiting in the park to properly thank her for saving me and Sebastian. She were walking home from work and even though she were only 13 years. old she were the most beautiful girl I had ever seen!

I were 19 at the time myself and every day we ended up waiting for her to walk home from work so we could spend time with her. When we started to learn her work schedule and where she worked we ended up spending time with her at her workplace as well. We also ended up bringing her back to our place from time to time.

Every time I heard her voice, her laugh and giggles my heart always did a happy dance. Seeing her beautiful crystal blue eyes sparkle every time she smiled or laughed I could get lost in them. One night after Bunny had been at our place and I drove her home I knew that I were in love with her.

She had this special sweet smile on her face while thanking me for an amazing day, she had also leaned over to give me a hug and kiss on the cheek before she got out of the car she had told me she

loved me.

I knew she meant it as a friend love but hearing those words come out of her sweet mouth and the

kiss on the cheek I started to blush. My heart were going a mile a minute and I had to wait a little

before I started driving home so I could get my heart under control.

That day when I got home we all were in the living room just talking about the night we had with Bunny. And all of the guys in my team admitted that they had feelings for Bunny, but we all agreed

that we would not act on them because we did not want to create some disharmony in the team.

So I guess one of these days I will have to sit down and have a talk with them to make sure they are all good with this. We are her protection detail so it’s important that we don’t let anything

compromise Bunny’s safety!

I got drawn out of my thoughts when Isabella told us that dinner were served. Jason were still

holding Bunny bridal style and walked out of the cinema room. Guess we will have even more people
