The driver awkwardly glanced at Sky, who stepped forward and gently helped Sierra into the car.
"Sierra, be careful," Sky said.
"Thank you, Sky," Sierra sweetly called out, then obediently got into the car.
Once inside, she rested her head on Sky's shoulder and quickly fell asleep.
As Sky saw her fall asleep, he took off his jacket and draped it over her. He didn't have any ulterior motives. He had simply always been the one to take care of younger girls, like he had with his little sister growing up.
Sierra wasn't his sister, but everything about her reminded him of Emma. Without thinking, he treated her with the same level of care.
"Mr. Walker, where should I take Ms. Remington?" the driver asked cautiously.
Sky wasn't sure where Sierra lived, so he gently called out to her. "Sierra, wake up. Tell me where you live."
"Causeway Bay," Sierra mumbled, then snuggled against Sky and fell asleep again.
"Take us to Causeway Bay," Sky instructed.
He knew which villa in Causeway Bay Samuel lived in.
"Yes, Mr. Walker," the driver replied, heading toward Causeway Bay.
As Sierra slept soundly on the ride, she occasionally murmured in her sleep, though her words were unclear.
When they arrived in Causeway Bay, Sky instructed the driver to pull up directly in front of Samuel's villa. The driver opened the door, and Sky stepped out first. He then walked around to the other side and carefully lifted Sierra out of the car.
"Sierra, we're here," Sky whispered.
Sierra let out a soft whimper. She buried her head against Sky's chest. It was clear she wanted to sleep and didn't want to be disturbed.
Sky gave a small sigh and signaled for the driver to ring the doorbell.
A few moments later, Tom opened the door.
"Who are you looking for?" Tom asked.
"I'm here for Samuel," Sky replied, glancing at Sierra in his arms. "His wife is drunk, and I need him to come out and take her."
Tom responded bluntly, "Mr. Sinclair can't come to the door. He's got a broken leg, and he's limping now."
Sky stood silently for a moment, processing this.
"I'll carry Mrs. Sinclair inside," Tom said, but Sky stepped back, feeling a surge of protectiveness.
Now that Samuel had a broken leg and Tom looked like a burly man, Sky couldn't help but worry. If he left Sierra alone with the two of them in the house, anything could happen.
Given what happened with Sophia, Sky was especially cautious now.

"Sky, it's so loud! I want water." Sierra suddenly whimpered, sitting up on the couch and reaching for Sky's shirt. "Sky, who is this man? He looks so ugly!"

The frightened Sierra burst into tears. She quickly hid behind Sky, gripping his shirt tightly. "Sky, I'm scared. This man is so ugly and scary. I don't want him to be my husband!"
As Sierra cried, Sky quickly turned around. Sierra immediately hugged him tightly. "Sky, take me away from here. I don't want to stay here. I don't want to be with this abuser!"
Sky turned back around, looking at Samuel sharply. "Samuel, you even abused her?"
Samuel was furious. "I didn't abuse her! When have I ever hit Cee? I never laid a finger on her!"
Sierra peeked out from behind Sky, trembling. "He's lying. He hits me, Sky. He really does."
Samuel couldn't believe it. "Cee, when have I ever hit you? Even if you want a divorce, you don't need to make up such lies!"
"Drunk people don't lie," Sky interrupted Samuel. "Samuel, you're a grown man, a husband, yet you're abusing your wife. You really are something. I think your other leg should be broken too."
"Sky!" Samuel yelled at him, losing control. "I told you—I never hit Cee!"
"You did hit me," Sierra said, hiding behind Sky, crying softly. "Sky, he really did hit me. I have photos and injury reports."
Samuel was taken aback.
