The Veil Of Sinner novel Chapter 7

Ivara Theron Elzaek? His wife?

Then why did he marry her, and how could he force her to marry him?

Shock and appallement were written all over Eizlina's face, which stretched upward the corner of his mother, Winona’s mouth, forming a wicked smirk on her face.

“You seem extremely shocked, Eizlina,” her words felt like a taunt which would make sure to hurt a person's heart cruelly.

Eizlina didn't answer her, because she was too stunned and startled to react. He was already married. He had a wife, and yet he did all of this with her? And not only this, last night he attempted to harm her virtue?

How pathetically disgusting could someone be? Not just only her, last night, he attempted to harm his commitments towards his wife too?

It was beyond disgusting and brutal. He was not even loyal to his own wife.

“Are you worried that this makes you the other woman in my son's life?” his mother's question made Eizlina ball her fists. His mother seemed to know everything her son had done, but yet instead of calling it wrong or unacceptable, his mother was announcing her son's sins to her like he had done something extremely praiseworthy.

Now she realised how and why he became so inhuman? His mother had never even tried to make him a human in the very first place.

“Don’t worry, if it's something bothering you then don't let it affect you because Ivara died two years ago. She is not alive anymore,” that revelation shocked Eizlina even more.

His wife was dead? He was a widower?

“So legally, you are his wife and the daughter-in-law of Elzaek, even though….” Winona took her steps closer to her. She stood right in front of Eizlina.

“Theron is never going to love and accept you as his wife because he can never love anyone except for Ivara,” Winona uttered to her with a grin, but got confused when she saw a smile forming on Eizlina's face, instead of anger, hurt or pain.

“Love? Believe me, your son doesn't even know the meaning of this word, so ….” Eizlina finally opened her mouth to answer her.

“Because the man who truly loves a woman, he wouldn't even dare to think about harming the dignity of another woman, so trust me….I can never expect to receive something from your son, which you might have forgotten to teach him,”

Winona's jaw clenched, hearing her every word. She grasped Eizlina's arm in a violent grip, making her hiss.

“So you have a mouth to speak too, even though you and your parents have never been more than just a beggar in Airkin Kloez's house,” her words outraged Eizlina. She could endure anything, but nothing against her parents.

“But be careful, honey…. this is not Airkin's manor,” Winona dug her nails harshly against Eizlina's skin, making her hiss in pain.

“This place is mine. I own this place and I, Winona Elzaek, make the rules here, so be careful and do not dare to forget your place here,” she seethed out at Eizlina.

“Which is not more than this place's servant and my son's bed warmer or you could say……” Winona clutched her arm more roughly, tearing her skin.

“My son's mistress,” Winona spat at her, and then forcefully pushed her away. Her feet slightly trembled. Eizlina looked at her arm and found those deep scratches on her skin. Her nails had made her bleed.

Eizlina clenched her jaw, and snapped her head in his mother's direction.

“You shouldn't be proud of this thing, because it's a shame for a mother to know she has failed in raising her son as a man, Winona Elzaek…” she snarled back, extremely angry.

Winona curled her fists, until…..

“EIZLINA…..” Theron's roaring voice echoed against the walls of that hall. Eizlina snapped her head in his direction, and her soul shivered, seeing his venomously brutal grey eyes glowering at her.

Winona internally smirked, seeing her son there.

Theron stepped inside the hall and took his steps closer to both of them. His predatory eyes were fixed at Eizlina, who was still burning in rage, but now her fear had started engulfing her too by seeing him in front of her again, especially so angry and outraged.

He was thinking of her as a delicate bird, but this delicacy of his had a really brave and big mouth, which he really needed to do something about it.

“I told you, Theron. This girl is not someone to take leniently,” he heard his mother telling him. His demeanor darkened more.

“After all, she has grown up under the shed of that Airkin Kloez,” and just at the mention of his name, Theron's string of calmness broke completely.

“I have snatched her apart from that shed, and I do know how to break this fucking bravery of hers too,” growling that thing, he strode in that direction where she had vanished to make her aware of what her bravery was actually going to cost her here.

A viciously dark smirk crept on Winona's face, seeing her son going to that girl to get her on her knees in his own brutal ways, because she herself had never allowed him to become amiable or rational ever.

Turning around, Winona looked at the photo frame of Ivara's, which completely faded her smirk.

“The past won't repeat itself again, Ivara,” those words rolled out of her tongue while her eyes peered into the emerald eyes of Ivara's.

Entering inside the room where she had stayed last night, Eizlina attempted to close the door but she couldn't as she witnessed someone holding the edge of the door to stop her.

A chill ran down her spine, seeing his barbaric silver eyes peering at her murderously. He aggressively pushed the door open, making her stumble.

“So your mouth is more courageous than I had expected it to be, Eizlina Witner,” he growled at her, stepping inside the room. Her throat dried up.

Eizlina immediately backed away from him.

“But don't worry. I know a very perfect way which would make you terrified of even opening your mouth here again….” He seethed out at her, but her eyes watered when she witnessed him unbuckling the belt of his pants.

Was he really going to hurt her so inhumanly?
