Lu Yong and Ye Cheng, hearing they already had everything, knew they didn’t need to go buy anything.
"We’ll go let them know first, then we’ll come back after changing into another set of clothes."
After dropping that statement, the two of them left.
Qin Ye watched them go before finally turning to look at Rong Yan.
"Wife, you can just organize the room; I’ll take care of dinner tonight."
He said this, and Rong Yan couldn’t help but glance sideways, "Can you cook?"
"I can certainly make it edible, plus, these past few days, I’ve learned a few dishes from Master Li who cooks at the construction site."
Rong Yan: ...
Alright! Since you’re so confidently assuring, I can’t very well not give you some face.
"Then you go ahead and cook! If you need me, just call."
"It’s fine; I can handle it by myself. Besides, Ye Cheng is pretty good at cooking; he can help me out."
Rong Yan, seeing how he spoke, nodded, "Alright then, I’ll head upstairs."
"I’ll take your things up for you." Qin Ye then took her suitcase and headed inside the house.
Rong Yan followed behind him.
The two of them ascended the stairs one in front of the other.
"This is the master bedroom; you sleep here." Even though he wanted to, he knew now wasn’t the right time.
Otherwise, he might scare off his new wife.
Rong Yan nodded, then walked into the room.
It was quite nicely decorated.
Everything was brand new, including a vanity mirror.
Qin Ye put down the suitcase, "I’ll be sleeping in the next room. If you need anything, you can just call me. You go ahead and rest for a bit; I’ll go downstairs and start cooking."
Rong Yan nodded, "Okay."
After Qin Ye left, she started looking around the house... It really was quite nice.
It’s just a pity that she didn’t have enough money right now; otherwise, she would just buy this whole house.
She took out all the clothes from her suitcase and hung them in the wardrobe...
