Qin Ye was briefly stunned, then he understood what she meant.
Immediately, his eyes and brows lit up with a smile.

Rong Yan didn’t say much more, but his cheerful demeanor still infected her, softening her expression.
Qin Ye had originally planned to stay overnight here, but after the disturbance by the Liu family, he felt it wasn’t necessary anymore.

"Wife, why don’t we head back tonight? It’s stuffy here at night, not as cool as our apartment in the city."
