Kayla’s eyes brimmed with tears as she urged the driver, “Hurry!”

Calvin immediately bent down, kissing her tears away. “Don’t cry. I’m fine.”

She smiled softly, “Calvin, let’s get married.”

The cheers and blessings around them faded. All she felt was

the heat of his kiss.
