A Life Beyond Limits (Jack Holland) novel Chapter 783

Some people even started a betting pool on whether Hugo could successfully win Bella's heart.

The excitement reached its peak. Hugo seized the moment and made his grand romantic confession to Bella.

Before this, Jack had flown to the capital. He checked into a small motel near Montclair Conservatory. When the day finally came, Jack's heart was in a whirlwind of emotions.

Back at the Montclair campus, word spread like wildfire. The entire school sprang to life, buzzing with excitement. It felt as if they were gearing up for a grand celebration.

Magdalene and Cynthia called Jack too. They invited him to Montclair so he could see just how impressive the young man pursuing Bella was.

They promised the confession would be nothing short of spectacular.

Their words hinted that Jack, despite being the top scorer in the college entrance exams, should probably give up on Bella. She was out of his league—he might have to settle for someone far less extraordinary.

That evening, Jack stepped onto Montclair's campus. The crowd was much larger than usual.

The area around the legendary women's Dorm 13 was especially crowded. Students flocked, eager to see what was being called the love confession of the century. Even students from other universities peeked in, hoping to gather details to share back at their campuses.

Rumor had it that campus radio stations from different universities sent reporters. They came with microphones and cameras, ready to catch the action.

Many young women had come prepared with tissues. They were ready to be moved to tears if Hugo's confession succeeded.

But the most eye-catching sight was the row of luxury cars parked outside the dorm. Rows of high-end luxury cars lined the area—Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bugattis, and more.

"Not necessarily. I heard Bella is pretty hard to impress. She's already turned down countless heartthrobs from Montclair."

Faye's tone dripped with disdain. "Yeah, she's got an attitude—but have you seen the guys chasing her?"

Both women, clearly fond of Hugo, started playfully teasing each other.

As evening neared seven, the sky burned with the colors of sunset. Streaks of multicolored clouds rolled across the horizon like wild horses galloping through the sky.

The crowd outside Dorm 13 had grown significantly.

At the center of the crowd stood an extremely handsome and tall young man.
