Accidentally Yours (Merffy Kizzmet) novel Chapter 101

Chapter 101

Enzo

Nico stumbled beneath her, half drowning, half laughing, until she toppled sideways and the two of them went under in a tangle of limbs.

Enzo couldn’t help it. His lips curved. His chest loosened. For one perfect second, he let himself just watch her win.

Dom surfaced, scowling. “That doesn’t count. I was stuck with this idiot.”

“Dead weight?” Gino spluttered. “You’re just mad she kicked your ass.”

“She didn’t kick my ass,” Dom shot back. “She kicked yours, and I went down with the ship.”

Lola perched on Nico’s shoulders again, grinning like a devil. “Excuses, excuses. A loss is a loss.”

Dom dragged himself to the ledge. “Rematch. And I want her.”

The words cracked through Enzo’s spine.

Lola gasped in mock offense. “Me? Betraying my current champion?” She patted Nico’s wet hair. “You couldn’t handle me.”

“Try me,Dom muttered, holding a hand out.

She arched a brow, then slid gracefully from Nico’s shoulders, swimming over. “Fine. Let’s see if you’ve got the stamina.”

Dom grunted as she climbed onto him, her thighs snug against his neck, his big hands steadying her legs. “You’re heavier than you look.”

“Bold of you to insult the person who controls your eyesight,” she shot back, ruffling his wet hair.

Enzo’s chest tightened as she sat there, perfectly at ease with another man beneath her. It should’ve gutted him. Instead, it twisted hotter, sharper. She gave them this ease, this laughter, this touch–and he liked it. Because it meant she wasn’t afraid. She was safe with them. His men. His family. And she still belonged to him.

Across the pool, Nico crouched low, letting Gino clamber onto his shoulders. Nico looked composed, calm, while Gino smacked his chest like a wrestler.

“Round two!” Gino shouted. “Redemption arc incoming!”

“More like repeat humiliation for Gino,” Lola called, leaning forward like a queen about to strike.

The collision was immediate–water flying, laughter cracking. Lola fought dirty, bracing on Dom’s shoulders, twisting Gino’s wrists until he cursed. Dom held steady under her chaos, barking at her to stop moving like a gremlin on speed.

Enzo’s throat worked as he watched her, dripping wet, eyes blazing, every inch the warrior she claimed to be.

In one sharp move, she yanked Gino down hard, pulling him under. Nico fought to keep balance but lost it, both crashing into the pool.

“See?Dom roared, triumphant. “Wasn’t me holding us back.”

Chapter 101

Lola fist pumped the air. “Glory secured?”

“Cheated again,” Gino coughed.

“That’s called strategy, she corrected, smug.

Their laughter echoed, easy and warm. And Enzo thought–she belongs here. With them. With me.

“Final round,” Lola declared, slick hair gleaming under the pool lights, grin sharp as a blade. “Winner takes glory, Loser takes tequila shots ‘til dawn.”

“Me,” Nico said immediately, chest puffed,

“No, me,” Dom shot back.

“Fuck you, I had her first,” Nico retorted.

“You only won because she carried you!” Dom growled.

Lola rolled her eyes. “Only one way to settle this, with a mans sport. Rock, paper, scissors, or I declare myself the undefeated champion.”

They did it. Quick, sharp, Nico won, smug grín splitting his face.

Enzo’s grip on his beer went white–knuckled. Watching her bent close to Nico like that–her smile spilling secrets, her body pressed so damn tight–it made his pulse throb in places that had nothing to do with jealousy and everything to do with want. He liked it. Liked the danger of her trust. Liked knowing she gave them pieces of play, laughter, closeness–but when it ended, she’d be his to finish.

The match cracked open fast–Dom and Gino barreling forward like a siege weapon. Water splashed, laughter rang sharp. Nico fought to hold steady, Lola clawing and pushing, her giggles turning feral shrieks as they all grappled in the shallows.
