Chapter 63
“All done.”
She picked up her bag.
The patient raised an eyebrow. “That’s it?
Little… Doctor, you haven’t even asked me what other symptoms I have besides the headache, or if I have any under- lying conditions. You didn’t even look at the scans on the table. To just jump to a conclusion like this is a bit absurd.”
Annelise put the pen back in its holder, a faint smile on her face. “You’re fine. No need to ask anything else.”
But Joel grabbed her arm. “Wait, sis, it’s only been five minutes. Let’s examine him a bit more. Look at the other groups, they spent twenty minutes just on their first patient!”
“Doesn’t matter.”
Annelise coolly raised her hand and decisively pressed the confirmation buzzer.
The people outside the consultation room were still comparing their “answers” when they saw them come out so quickly and burst out faughing!
“So little time. Did they not even figure out the cause for the first patient?”
“Just look at Joel’s face, you can tell the answer.”
“I saw Liam even brought a medical book in there. What’s the use?
Hahaha, the three of them didn’t even last ten minutes!”
Seeing this, Rosalie and Marilyn exchanged a look, both pleased.
Rosalie even put on a show of persuading Angel, “Old Angel, the Pennington family is one thing, but how could you be so muddled too? Don’t let the younger generation mix with common street folk. They won’t learn anything good.”
Angel said nothing, lazily closing his eyes again, tuning out the world.
Meanwhile, in the main seat, Colton put down his teacup and took the slip of paper presented by the butler.
“Everyone has finished their consultations.”
Colton’s voice was clear and bright. “I have the results in my hand now, Prof. Kendrick.”
Rosalie stood up, unable to suppress the smile at the corner of her mouth.
As she walked past Annelise, she shot her a deliberate glance.

Chapter 63
Annelise remained seated, her gaze indifferent. She didn’t even spare her a look, busy texting on her phone.
Joel didn’t get it. “Sis, how can you be in the mood to play on your phone?
We’re done for!
We’re definitely going to be last!”
Annelise quickly turned off her screen, her tone playful. “Oh, really?”
Joel said anxiously, “Didn’t you see the Kendrick family already went up?”
“And the Davis Clan.”
Liam pointed to another person who was called up.
On either side of Colton stood Rosalie and Marilyn.
No one seemed surprised by this result and was about to applaud.
Colton began, “The Kendrick family and the Davis Clan have comparable medical skills and were particularly metic- ulous in their questioning. The first patient had Damp-Heat Syndrome (TCM concept), the second had an Internal Or- gan Disorder. Both of you prescribed the correct herbal remedy formula for them. However, for the third patient, the formulas you both provided were not accurate. Therefore, you are tied for second place.”
Second place?
The smile on Rosalie’s face froze.
Marilyn’s expression also turned ugly.
The crowd was even more stunned.
The Kendrick family and the Davis Clan are second?
Then who’s first?
“It must be the Young Clan, Coleman!”
But Colton didn’t rush to announce the rankings. Instead, he walked over to Annelise and smiled. “Miss Caldwell, could you explain this prescription you wrote?”
The paper was unfolded, revealing four large, flamboyant calligraphy words: Drink more warm water.
