Jericho waved his hand in front of her eyes.

Romina snapped back to reality and nodded lightly. “Yes, he’s much better now.”

At that moment, her phone rang on the table. She quickly walked over, picked it up, and saw a message from Lina’s homeroom teacher, Abbie Payne, asking her to bring the child to school at nine o’clock.

Romina glanced back at him with a cold, indifferent look. “I have something very important to handle today. I don’t have time to attend his graduation ceremony.”

She had just taken a step when the man suddenly grabbed her wrist. “Romina, Kash isn’t just my child. You already skip his parent–teacher meetings, and now you won’t even attend his graduation, which is so important. Is this how you act as a mother?”
