Come To Me (Amelia and Patrick) novel Chapter 1495

Patrick nodded his head when he heard Amelia call him to wash his face. But he still took the take-out to the tea table before turning to her and said, 'TH go and wash my face. If you are hungry, you can eat it first. Don't wait for me."

Amelia asked, "What are we having?"

Patrick walked to the bathroom while answering, "Just ordinary noodles and mushroom soup."

"Oh!" Amelia was secretly satisfied. Originally, she was worried that Patrick would buy some heavy dishes. She could finally rest assured.

After lunch, Patrick saw Amelia rubbing her eyes so he suggested, "Do you want to take a nap? You may rest in my room."

Patrick's private room was connected with his office so that he could take a nap during the days.

Amelia glanced at him and asked, "What about you?"

Patrick pretended to say, "I'm sleepy too."

So both of them got in bed. The weather outside was hot, but the two were much hotter.

Amelia had just taken off her shoes when Patrick suddenly threw himself on the bed from behind, kissing and touching her.

Amelia was confused by his enthusiasm and hurried to ask what was going on.

Patrick licked her tender cheek and said with a smile, "We shall enjoy our wedding night."

"A wedding night?"

"Yes, we just got married. Have you forgotten? My dear bride..." Patrick stared at her with a bitter look.

Amelia said in horror, "How could this be a wedding night?"

"Yes, I agree that kissing is not enough. We should do something more intimate." Patrick deliberately misinterpreted her words.

"No! I mean... Oh!"

Before Amelia could continue speaking, Patrick approached and kissed her so hard that she almost lost her breath. Only then he let go of her.

"Patrick!" Amelia cried with a red face. "You should sleep now!"

"I'm in the move." Patrick provoked beside her ear.

"Hey! I'm telling you, if you don't stop now, you will be the one to suffer later!"

Patrick was stunned by her words. Amelia quickly pulled the quilt over her body to cover her chest.

She had realised that every time they were about to reach the last step, Patrick would choose to endure because of their baby.

He was in the prime of his life and would suffer from such sexual desire. In this case, it was better not to get close from the beginning.

Patrick slowly withdrew his hand and stared at her face with a deep gaze when he sensed the persuasion in her words. His self- control had turned weak when it came to her.

He knew that he should not continue to be so weak-willed. Otherwise, he would be taken control by her for the rest of his life.

Patrick gently grabbed her waist and said sincerely, "Whether it's a son or a daughter, I'll love it as long as the child belongs to the two of us." He paused and asked again, "What about you, Amy?"

"I don't mind the gender as well." Amelia smiled sweetly.

"However, most of the children nowadays are the only child in the family. It would be too lonely. If possible, shall we have another baby in the future?"

Patrick had long envied Owen's family of four. Their son was steady while their daughter was lively. With two kids, they always had a jolly time at home.

Amelia laughed and said, "The baby hasn't been born yet you're thinking of having another baby? Don't you care about me? I heard that it hurts a lot when giving birth!"

Patrick's voice sounded a little hoarse as he said, "I care about you the most. I even wish to bear the pain of labor for you."

It might sound sentimental to others. However, Patrick had risked his life several times for her, so Amelia would not suspect his words.

As women would get addicted to sweet nothings, Amelia started to crave for more since Patrick had rarely said to her before, "Since you care about me so much, why would you want me to give birth to another child?"

"Well then, I don't want it anymore." Patrick had only mentioned about it casually. Since he knew she was afraid of pain, he immediately turned this idea down.

Seeing that he would follow everything she said, Amelia felt a warmth in her heart. "Mr. Hopper, you are such a good person."

"I would only treat you this way." Patrick told the truth. If it were other women, he would not pay them any attention, let alone beg them to give birth to a child.

Amelia put on a smile. She had once hated his deep affection the most. Because it caused Sissi to be the only one in his heart, and there was no room for her.

Yet his deep affection became what she appreciated most at the time being. Because when he focused all his attention on her, she genuinely felt really happy...
