Come To Me (Amelia and Patrick) novel Chapter 1627

Sawyer gently raised his eyebrow and asked in a low voice as he saw the man return with a disappointed expression, "What's going on?"

"Master, it's really not my problem this time. She refused to eat no matter what. There's nothing I can do about it."

"Not willing to eat no matter what?" Sawyer laughed coldly. He stood up from the sofa and walked forward.

"Master, are you going back?" The man was delighted, thinking that Sawyer had finally ignored the woman's life and death.

However, Sawyer said, "I'm going to 'persuade' her."

The man asked confusedly, "Master, why shall you pamper her?"

"Because..." Sawyer gave him a sidelong glance. "She's of some use to me."

Upstairs.

His cold eyes swept across the untouched food on the table before coming to Jessica, who was lying on the bed. Sawyer said straight to the point, "Aren't you going to take revenge? How are you

going to make it if you starve to death?"

Jessica's eyelids twitched.

"Or, your revenge is just a saying."

Sawyer's mocking voice went straight into her nerves through her eardrums, causing her to clench her fists.

"If that's the case, I'll send you off the island right now."

"Stop!" Jessica suddenly opened her eyes and shot a glare towards Sawyer as she heard the sound of footsteps gradually getting far away!

Sawyer paused and turned around. He asked with a mocking tone, "Have you changed your mind again? Do you wish to stay alive now?"

Jessica glared at him angrily and said the sentence that meant nothing to Sawyer. "I'll definitely kill you!"

"With your current condition, do you think you can even hold a knife tight?" Sawyer raised the corner of his mouth sarcastically.

He had rarely smiled, at least in the impression of Jessica.

He had rarely spoken so much to her as well. She used to think that it was his character. But she found that she was incredibly wrong.

He was not born to be short spoken. In fact, he had rarely spoken to her because he had never taken her seriously.

He had finally spoken so much to her because she had come to kill him, which was why she could have barely caught his eye!

It was ridiculous. He disdained her when she had treated him with sincerity. Only when she came to attack him, he began to take her seriously.

After laughing at herself on the bed, Jessica propped herself up and said faintly to the man not far away, "Sawyer, how boring would it be for you to stay alive?"

Sawyer was stunned for a moment, and he appeared to be colder.

"Everyone living in the world will subconsciously yearn for love, but you are different. You seem to enjoy the stimulation of being against others. Given your personality that would only destroy but not love, you are destined to be alone until death!"

"Shut up!" Sawyer strode forward, grabbed Jessica's wrist and pulled her off the bed.

Jessica fell heavily to the ground, but her face was filled with joy. Because she realised that she had said what Sawyer had been most worried about.

"Who do you think you are, to dare to point fingers at my life!" Sawyer thought it was ridiculous.

"I'm just telling the truth. If you weren't such a

person, you wouldn't be so angry."

Sawyer glared at her, "I think you're really looking for death."

Jessica opened her mouth and had the impulse to say that it was up to him whether to kill or torture her!

However, Amelia's worried words and Sierra's little face suddenly appeared in her mind. She bit her lower lip and did not say a word.

Meanwhile, it was Jessica's silence that had saved her own life. If she continued to provoke him, Sawyer would really disregard his promise to Amelia and forcefully kill her!

In the next second, Sawyer placed the plate on the table at Jessica's feet and roughly ordered, "Now, eat!"

"I didn't beg you for food but you're making me to eat. It's not too late for you to take them away now." Jessica said determinedly.

Her words once again ignited Sawyer's anger from his heart. He fiercely pulled her hair, forcing her to raise her head. He poured a bowl of tomato soup down her mouth, not caring whether she had gulped it or not.

Jessica paid the price for her stubborness. Her nose was choked by the soup and she could not help but open her mouth to cough. Yet Sawyer poured another mouthful of soup and immediately suppressed her cough, causing her face to turn red.

As for her clothes, they were already soaking wet.

"Do you want me to continue to 'serve' you? Hmm?" A moment later, Sawyer put down the empty bowl and looked at Jessica, slightly relieved.

At the moment, a melodious ringtone came out from the trousers pocket of Sawyer. He stared at Jessica to prevent her sneak attack while taking out his phone. He answered without even looking at it and said, "Hello."

In the blink of an eye, four days had passed.

For the past four days, Jessica had shut herself in the room. She leaned against the window to spy, and then silently recorded the time Sawyer had entered and exited the villa.

Her hard work paid off as she came up with a schedule. At nine o'clock every morning, Sawyer would come out of the villa, and then go back at eleven o'clock. While it depended on the situation for the afternoon, as Sawyer might come out sometimes. As for the night, it was too dark so she did not make the record. She supposed that Sawyer would spend the night at Sissi's place.

As a conclusion, Sawyer was with Sissi most of the time, which showed the importance of the woman in his heart!

Thinking of this, Jessica held the pen with her fingertips tighter. If she could not kill Sawyer, then let his woman pay for it!

Just then, there were several knocks on the door.

Shocked, Jessica quickly hid the paper and pen under her pillow and went to open the door as if nothing had happened.

The door opened, but it was not the annoyed face of the man in black. Instead, it was Sawyer whom she had not met face to face for several days.

Normally, if she was not injured, go on a hunger strike or faint, he would not appear. Did he suddenly come because he found out that she had been peeking by the window?

[Jessica, calm down! You can just say that you are looking at the scenery by the window!] Jessica said to herself in her heart.

Sawyer looked up and down at the woman in front of him. Making sure that her body was still completely fine, he asked, "I heard that you've been in this room without taking a step out for the past few days?"

Jessica forced herself to remain calm. "Yes, what's wrong?"

"What's wrong you say? This isn't your home." Sawyer replied coldly.

"I know, I don't want to live here either!" She had only a set of clothes. So every night after taking a bath, she could only wrap herself in the quilt and hide in bed. Could anyone understand her torture?

"After these few days, you should have already figured it out. You can't bring any harm to me even if you stay here forever. It's also up to me whether you could see me or not." Sawyer said in a condescending manner.

Jessica only smiled and said, "Oh, so you're here to persuade me to go back? But I'm suddenly obsessed with this place. Staying here is even better than the life I imagined. So I think it's a good choice to stay here."

What was the woman up to again?

Sawyer's cold eyes narrowed. They were sharp as if he wanted to see through her.

"Hehe, why are you looking at me like that? Haven't you always seen me as a woman who lusts for vanity? In that case, isn't what I said right within your expectations?" Jessica looked at him mockingly, with her hands clasped behind her back.

Sawyer held his knuckles tightly. He had tolerated the woman again and again, but she did not restrain herself in return. Instead, she was becoming more unbridled...

Before he took actions, Jessica suddenly said, "I can leave at this time tomorrow."
