Rachel found Samantha’s accusation laughable.

Rachel thought Samantha looked as crazy as Yvette once did. The difference was that Yvette finally came to her senses, while Samantha was still blinded by her own emotions.

“Samantha, can you please wake up? It’s my freedom to decide where I want to go. That was what you said back then, wasn’t it? The one who isn’t loved anymore is the homewrecker. After I came back, I didn’t go looking for William to get back with him. He was the one who came looking for me—and I rejected him. What’s the root cause behind all this? Isn’t it because you didn’t keep your man on a tight leash?”
