Beatty took the stage to a wave of cheers and applause.
As the lights slowly rose, she launched into her performance.
Beatty was one of the breakout stars of the new generation—a true powerhouse. By the end of her song, she had the audience erupting in applause.
Backstage, Emilia waited quietly. Cindy, anxious and restless, paced back and forth beside her.
This time, Emilia had drawn the third spot in the lineup.

All she could do was give her best, and stay true to herself.
That was enough.
The sharp click of her heels echoed as she followed a crew member’s lead. When the second performer finished, Emilia took her cue and stepped onto the stage.
The theater was plunged into darkness. As Emilia found her mark, the host received the signal to begin.
“And now, please welcome our next contestant, Serena, who will—”
