I stood up straight.”There’s nothing to be afraid of. I’m with you. Don’t worry. Besides, if Leland loves me, he should have sent bodyguards. Don’t you want to know why I cried? Do you see that woman?”

Denise, with a timid and avoidant expression, glanced at Caitlyn.

“Yeah, I see her. It seems to be Caitlyn, Mr. Pearson’s former secretary. Wasn’t she fired? How come she’s appearing at the bar? Is she working here?”
