The man who had no meals seemed to be the least interested in eating.

Rather, he seemed to be focused on how she ate.

Ella moved on his lap, trying to get off.

''Sit still,'' the man frowned.

Ella wanted to ask him how he was supposed to eat if she ate while sitting on his lap.

But looking at his unbothered face, she dropped the thought.

As for shyness and propriety, those could be considered soothing her hunger.

Ella tilted her face to a few sides but no matter what angle she stared at the fish, it seemed to have been de-boned to perfection. Yet, not a single part of its body was out of place.

She brought a soft piece of it to her mouth but eventually, she did not eat it.

Adrian's brows furrowed.

Seeing this silent movie from the side, Ji Yan sweated. Previously, this lady would only trigger and provoke his boss in every way so he was always prepared for the worst.

But now, her way of treating their boss was like an inconsistent graph, sometimes up and sometimes down. It was way too scary and unpredictable.

Suddenly...

The fork stopped in front of Adrian's mouth.

''Say ah~" Ella's eyes curved into two moons as she smiled like a little fox.
