She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 293

“Octavia?!”

A panicked voice rang out from the hallway.

Hester’s heart skipped a beat. This was bad.

She turned around to see a maid standing in the doorway, her face pale with shock.

“Miss Octavia, are you all right?”

Standing just behind the maid were Desmond and Sabrina.

Hester felt as if she’d been struck by lightning.

Weren’t they supposed to have died in that plane crash?

How could they suddenly be standing here, safe and sound?

Something must have gone wrong.

Or had Hector lied to her?

No—impossible. Hector despised this wretched woman; he would never have spared her.

The three of them rushed over to Octavia, completely focused on her, oblivious to the look on Hester’s face.

The room was in chaos: offerings and incense scattered across the table and floor, shattered porcelain everywhere.

Octavia lay motionless on the ground. It was impossible to tell if she’d lost consciousness or simply fainted.

Desmond, always the devoted son, cried out and sprinted to her side.

Sabrina hurried after him, dropping to her knees beside Octavia.

“Get Dr. Lawrence! Call an ambulance!” Sabrina’s urgent voice jolted the maid from her stupor. She spun around and dashed off to find help, dialing her phone and calling for the other staff as she ran.

If anything happened to Octavia, the entire Sutton family would be thrown into chaos.

Hester hadn’t expected to see Desmond and Sabrina—supposedly dead—alive and well before her eyes.

A flash of bitterness and resentment flickered in her gaze before disappearing in an instant.

She quickly composed herself, her voice trembling as she choked out, “Dad, Sabrina, thank God you’re back! Grandma was acting so strange—she attacked me the moment I walked in, and when I tried to help her, she fell and hit the floor. I was just about to reach for her when you came in. Thank God you’re here... I don’t know what I would’ve done…”

Tears of distress streamed down her cheeks.

But no one had time to bother with Hester right now.
