She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 311

“Untie her,” Cliff ordered the men standing behind him.

One of the henchmen hurried over and began untying her, taking the opportunity to let his hand linger a little too long on Hester’s smooth waist.

His fingers brushed against the exposed skin where her dress had torn, and the others could only stare helplessly. The boss had told them not to touch her, so none of them dared go any further.

Once the ropes were off, Hester slid weakly to the floor, her back pressed against the wall. The lashes Cliff had given her still burned hotly across her skin—pain she’d never known before. Clenching her teeth, she tried to steady herself, mind racing for a way out.

“Now you can talk,” Cliff said, leaning back in his chair, his gaze cold and full of contempt, even hatred. “What’s your proposal?”

Hester forced herself upright, meeting his eyes. “Come closer. This is something only you can hear.”

Cliff glanced at his men, hesitated, then stood and strode over, looming over her. “Talk.”

Hester knew Cliff was her only chance—especially with Celine at the center of it all. If she could make him believe she was useful, if she could convince him she could help him win Celine’s love, maybe he’d let her live.

“I can help you get rid of Marshall,” she said quietly. “That way, you and Celine could be together. Forever.”
