Side Chick Era Over (Sharon and Carter) novel Chapter 460

Chapter 460

Ginny replied, “Sharon and I attended the same university.”

“University?” Carter’s brows rose in astonishment. “You two… attended the same university?”

Ginny already knew from Wendy that Sharon’s ex-husband and his circle had always looked down on Sharon. They constantly mocked her supposed poor education at every turn.

She raised a brow. “What’s wrong? Is that a problem?”

For some reason, Kelly seemed unusually unable to hold her composure today. She blurted out, “I heard Sharon only has a junior high education. How could she possibly have attended the same university as you? Ms. Blakely, could you be mistaken?”

Ginny gave Kelly a puzzled glance. “Wouldn’t I know whether Sharon and I attended the same university? Ms. Walt, what exactly do you think I’m mistaken about?” (1

Kelly’s voice caught in her throat. She couldn’t reply.

Carter asked, “Ms. Blakely, which university did you both attend?”

Ginny’s voice was calm and clear. “Since you invited me as a guest performer, I assumed you’d at least done some research on me… But apparently, you’re only interested in my status and reputation.”

Kelly’s expression darkened at the implied criticism.

Ginny continued, “Sharon and I attended Bell University.”

She glanced briefly at Kelly. “We’re both members of the Hall of Fame. That’s where we met.”

“The Hall of Fame?” Kelly’s expression changed dramatically, her voice rising in disbelief. “That’s impossible! How could she possibly be a member of the Hall of Fame?!”

Still smiling gently, Ginny replied, “Why would it be impossible?”

Kelly’s voice turned shrill. “But I studied at Bell University too! I’ve never heard Sharon’s name. In fact, I’d never even seen her

face there!”

Ginny smiled. “Ms. Walt, how many Hall of Fame members have you actually met?”

Kelly’s stunned expression froze.

At Bell University, only about half of the Hall of Fame members allowed their photos to be displayed publicly. The other half preferred to stay anonymous for reasons ranging from privacy, personal temperament, social anxiety, or simply a desire to avoid the spotlight.

It was entirely understandable.

Artists often had quirks the average person couldn’t relate to.

Bell University was full of geniuses. Even in Kelly’s circle, many of them had eccentric personalities. She had long gotten used to

Some inductees into the Hall of Fame even refused to reveal their names, opting instead for casual pseudonyms or numerical designations.

So someone refusing to show their face was hardly unusual.

Still unwilling to back down, Kelly pressed on. “Ms. Blakely, words alone aren’t proof.” (1

Members of the Hall of Fame had badges engraved with their names and photos. If Sharon had one, wouldn’t she have flaunted it already? Why wait until now?

Ginny gave a silent, almost amused smile. “Ms. Walt, do you really think I would lie?”

When Sharon attended Bell University, she went by the name Jenna, and never revealed her face. Even if she produced her badge now, neither Kelly nor Carter would believe her.
