Chapter 37.

Ricco’s pov

When we saw Dan get this special look on his face like he did when we were younger, I could see he got back the special twin bond with Angelina.

When he rushed upstairs towards her room, we all shared a knowing look that something is up with Angel. We rushed upstairs behind him, and what I saw when I got into Angels bedroom broke me.

I know she have had a shitty life, but she is now laying in her bed trashing at the same time as she is choking herself, and scratching her neck. She was talking pleading for ‘daddy‘ to stop, and that sent me into rage, I know exactly what’s happening in her nightmare.

That piece of shit is raping her, and I just want to beat the shit out of him. I see Dan talking to her is helping to calm, her down a little, Dan is sitting behind Angel holding her up in his arms, rocking her back forth, caressing her head.

Rex run to the bath to get a cold cloth, when he got back and started to carefully wipe Angels face from sweat. My heart sank to the bottom of my stomach when I saw that Rex had wiped some of Angels makeup off.

Her face and neck is full of bruises on all kind of shapes and colors. I know she have very recently had a bad beating, but seeing her makeup free right now and how bad her beating have been.. It just… I don’t know… My poor baby sister. I will let down my life to keep her safe from now on!

Angel woke up and just hugged Daniel closer and one, of her tiny hands hold onto Rex arm. “I’m sorry if I disturbed you, I’m fine it’s just a nightmare.” Angel said with her sweet angelic voice.

“Do you wanna talk about it honey?” Rex asked her putting one hand carefully on her cheek, Angel is still holding onto his other arm. “It’s nothing Rex, sorry for disturbing you all, I don’t want to be a bother to you guys.” Angel said looking into Dan’s chest.

“Cupcake you are not and never will be a bother to us! We only want to help you, we want you to be happy and not struggle with nightmares like this” I said while stepping closer to the bed.

Her beautiful crystal blue eyes looked up into mine, and her eyes got filled with tears. “Are you sure?” She asked, I kept looking into her eyes.

“Angel, your happiness is what matters to us, seeing you hurt, sad or in a nightmare, its breaking.my heart because I could not help you with what your going through in your nightmare, but I will do everything to be here for you from now on! You being back home with us means so much to us and you will never be a burden, a bother or a nuisance you are our baby sister and you mean the world to us!” I said with honesty and sincerity.

Chapter 37.

And when I was done talking I was up in bed with Angel, Rex and Daniel and I was hugging her, while Rex rubbed small circle on the arm she holding his arms with and Daniel moving his hands up and down her back.

“Thank you for making me feel so much love in such short time, I’m so grateful to have been able to come home to you all, I just pray you won’t get tired of me” she was speaking so low but we all heard

her.

“Angel we have missed you so much, and we will never get tired of you!” Rex said with so much love in his voice I have never heard he speak in this manner, not to anyone.

“Thank you” she whispered. The three of us were just sitting there holding her, caressing her and whisper sweet nothing in her ear. And she ended up falling asleep in my arms, holding a tight hold of Rex arm and half leaning up on Dans chest.

“Let’s get out of here to let her sleep.” Mom whisper when she entered the room again with some clothes for Angel for tomorrow. We all nodded but when me, Daniel and Rex tried to get out of the bed, Angel started to stir a bit with almost a pained expression on her face.

“Looks like you three will have a sleepover with Angelina boys” dad whisper and I felt a smile on my face. I have missed our sleepover we had when we were kids.

“I will go first to get ready for bed then I will come back.” I said slowly moving Angel more into Daniel’s arms, but she did reach her hand out to me so I have to be quick so I can get back to my baby sis.

I ran into my bedroom, took one of the fastest showers I have ever had, got on some shorts and went back to Angels room. I got back in Angels bed and Daniel went to get ready for bed, and I took his

spot, holding Angel close to my chest.

“I’m scared she will disappear again Rex” I whisper looking down on my baby sister hiding her face in my chest while I was playing with her hair and Rex still holding that one arm that is holding his

arm.

“She will not disappear Ricco, even though it is so unbelievable she is back. I won’t let her out of my

sight” Rex whispered back just staring at our baby sister.

Then Daniel came quietly into the bedroom and got in bed. “I will be right back” Rex said quietly and walked out while Daniel layed down behind Angel so she was laying between us, she facing me and

we both hold around her.

“I notice you have gotten the twin bond feeling back” I whisper looking at Daniel who is just looking.

at his baby sister in our arms, his soulmate and other half.

“Yeah” he whisper back leaning down giving Angels head a kiss. “But I truly wish we had been able to save her sooner, the life she have lived, Ricco it breaks me to see the pain she is in and know some

of what she have lived through! And hearing how she is so afraid she is a burden to us, or that she is afraid we will get tired of her” he said still just looking at Angel caressing her hair.

And Rex walked in laid down behind Dan but put one hand on her side over Dan. “She will open up to us more when she feel more safe here, and when she know we will never do anything to harm

her!” Rex said.

“She already subconsciously know she is safe and that is shown that she don’t want to let us go now after her nightmare!” Rex said looking at Angel then both of us. And with that thought made us fall asleep with a smile on our lips. She feel safe with us. My baby sister feel safe with me.
