Daniel’s pov

When we were watching our movies, I do have to say I’m a little jealous of Jay that Angel was jumping up in his lap, I’m her twin brother and I want to be her safe haven.

But I have noticed those two have a connection and I have never seen Jay be so kind and caring towards anyone. It’s one thing with us guys we are used to him not caring about anyones feelings, but when it comes to Angelina he is so attentive to her. And no matter how much I want her to stay away from guys, I’m not gonna lie they do look great together though, they are very cute.

During the second movie I started to feel this pain in my chest and struggle to breath, but that’s nothing new to me, it have happened to me for years and our doctors have not been able to figure

out what is the cause of it.

So I have just learned to live with it, so I just kept watching the movie. Suddenly I hear a panicked Jay say “Daniel, get Fabian!” I looked over at him, I saw Angelina struggle to breath, clutching her heart like I do, I looked down on my own hand on my chest and that’s when I understand!

All those times I have struggled with this it is because of Angelina have had some problems. I darted

out of the room faster then I could think.

First I went for the living room to see if Fabian is there. But there were no one. Then I went to the kitchen, there were only mom, my aunties, grandma and Carter.

“What is it honey you look in a hurry?” mom asked me a bit worried. “Where is Fabian?” I asked quickly. “The men are in Rex’s office, is everything okay?” I heard grandma say, but I had started to run to the office as soon as she said where they were so I couldn’t answer her.

I run up to the office wing and didn’t even bother knocking. I rushed open the door, and I could see all the shocked faces, then I saw Fabian “You.. come.. Angels… heart..” Was all I was able to get out,

my breathing have also gotten worse.

A mix of the twin bond with Angelina and me running around the house to find Fabian. Fabian

rushed out the door and grabbed his doctor bag with him, I heard John and Theo shout “we’re

coming too!”

We came into the cinema room and Fabian shout “Everyone please move out of the way, let me have

a look at her!” He run up to Angel and Rossi moved out of the way so Fabian could sit next to her.

Then John and Theo came in as well as the rest of the family. “I need everyone except for Jay, Daniel, John and Theo to leave and give us room.” Fabian ordered everyone to go out of the room.

I don’t understand why I’m needed here but I’m not complaining, I’m allowed to be here with my

sister. Fabian was listening to her heart, then he looked at Angel. “Do you know what’s wrong with your heart?” he asked her worried.

“What the fuck, aren’t you the doctor, why are you asking my sister.” I asked angry, he need to help her, not ask 20 questions. Angel looked over at me quickly before looking at Fabian.

“Beginning of a heart attack, most likely due to wrong heart medications” she answered before resting her head on Jay’s chest. I saw Jay tensed up when she said heart attack and pulled her closer to him. I myself froze in place. My sister have a heart attack?

“Correct, we need to bring you back up to do a ultrasound on your heart and get you some other heart medications.” Fabian said looking at Angel. I looked at Theo and he was white as a ghost.

“I will go up and get everything ready for you guys, get the ultrasound in place, and go over some of

the test results we already did yesterday to see what we have overlooked, Theo I need your help with

that!” John said to Theo while putting a hand on his shoulder to drag him out of the room.

Fabian turned to me, “I need you to sit down for a bit I need to listen to your heart.” And I did as

ordered and sat back on the couch where I was sitting earlier. with Fabian in between me and Jay.

He listen to my heart, then he listen to Angels heart, then back at me! “I need you to come up as

well, I don’t know if this is just a twin transfer situation but your hearts sounds exactly the same right now. And we need to figure out if you need to start taking medication for your heart.” Fabian.

looked at me.

“But we have already run a million test on my heart, and you know we never found anything wrong!” I said confused. “I know and I don’t understand this either, but it’s still a lot of mysteries when it comes to twins and triplets no doctor have the answer too.” Fabian explained.

I just nodded. “Let’s head up!” Fabian said. “Please come with!” I heard Angel said to Jay, he first looked at me. It’s like he is afraid I will get mad at him for being so close to my twin sister, but he

have done nothing wrong!

And he know the second he hurt my baby sister he is a dead man, but for now he seem to have an calming effect on Angelina. I gave him a small smile and nodded to him. Then he looked at Fabian, “If that’s what the princess want of course you can come!” Fabian said with a smile.

We all stood up but Jay was carrying angel in his arms bridal style. I don’t think my baby sister will have to walk much in her life anymore, everyone is so eager to carry her and hold her close to us!

She have been through hell in her life already but we will make sure she is treated like the princess she is. Every single day she will be spoiled, loved and cherished and if anyone will do anything to hurt her in any way hell will fain down on them.

While we walked up towards the medical wing, I looked over at Jay with Angel in his arms. I think he is absolutely smitten with my sister. He looks down on her with so much affection in his eyes.

Chapter 62.

He caressing her thigh with one of his thumbs in such a careful yet loving way, I never believed he had it him. He have been with Angel less than a day but he seems head over heels in love with her. But I don’t think he have realized it yet.
