Chapter 8.

Betty’s pov

Kai noticed that I flinched from Axel shoutout. He pulled me into his arms holding me tightly. “I do not want to let you go back there! You can stay here with us from now on!” he said in a pleading voice.

“Kai, I have to go home, I have school tomorrow, Victor know the principal, I will be in more trouble if I don’t get to school! I said into Kai’s chest. Kai gave a heavy sigh rested his head on top of my head.

Suddenly I felt he raise his head then his hands was carefully pulling out my hair tie so my hair felt down, then he was messing around in my hair, I looked up to him with a questionable look on my face.

He gently pushed my head back down so he could look at the back of my head. “Kai, what’s up?” I asked while looking at his chest. “Betty I see blood in the back of your head! Let me have a look on how bad it is.” he said while focus on my head.

“Oh, that is probably from the beer bottle Margarethe smacked in my head this morning, it will pass, it’s nothing I can’t handle Kai, I will be fine and I need to get home so I don’t get late for the curfew or it will get worse! Please Kai I will be fine!” I was begging at this point because I can’t let anything happen to

them!

Kai stopped his hand movement on top of my head and breathed out a shaky breath. “You promise you will be safe?” He pulled me a bit away from his body so he could look at me in the eyes. “Yes Kai I will be fine!” I looked with honesty and my voiced laced with determination and promise.

“Kai you can’t be serious letting our little Bunny get back to that hell!” Sebastian walked up and slowly put his arms around me hugging me gentle from behind while Kai is in the front of me.

I lend a bit up against Sebastian’s chest trying to look at his face in this sandwich they have me in. “Sebastian I have to get home, what if I promise to call you guys first thing in the morning on the way to

school?”

Sebastian looked at me for a bit before let out a heavy sigh. I saw that Sebastian and Kai looking at each other for a bit before they both turned to face me. I looked from Sebastian to Kai back to Sebastian and back to Kai and raising and questionable eyebrow.

“You promise you will let me call me first thing in the morning when you are heading out for school? And will you let me drive you home today and to school tomorrow please?” Kai was pleading.

I gave him a nod. He gave a heavy sigh kisse

“Chris you and everyone else here have become my reason to live on!” I whisper back. He kissed my head before he let me go and Axel was up next for a big hug. He hugged me from the front while his hands

rested on the lower back.

“Baby, I can’t say that I’m comfortable with you going back to that hell! You are the strongest person I know, please be safe because you are not allowed to leave us now that we have you in our life!” he whispered in my ear with so much love, pulling me even closer to him. I put my hands on his chest and gripped his shirt a bit. “Axel you guys won’t get rid of me that easily!” i gave him a sweet smile.

Silas came walking up on us from behind me pulled me into his chest while Axel let me go so Silas could give me his goodbye hug. Silas leaned down so this big giant almost had to double over to get his head in the nock of my neck.

I gave a little chuckle to the thought on how we most look. I could feel Silas get a smile on his face and he whispered: “What are you laughing at baby?” “Your big giant and my tiny frame, I hope I’m not hurting your neck like this.” I chuckle.

Silas turned me around so I was facing him. He pulled me closer to him, “you Betty always know how too lighten the mood” he said leaning down kissing my forehead.

“Okay, okay you guys have hugged my Betty Bunny for too long, give me my girl!” Sofia was walking towards me with a laugh and my hoodie in her hands but Silas took the hoodie from her hands.

“Here Betty let me help you get this hoodie back on.” He started putting my left hand in first to minimize my movement with it. Then he pulled it over my head before I could pull my right arm in it. Sofia pulled me away from Silas with a little laugh.

“Now she is my girl! Back away slowly Silas!” she said while the pulled me into a hug and the rest of the guys laughed from Sofias antics. Sofia pulled away from the hug before she looked down on me.

You heard right SHE looked down on me, that is how small I am! She is like 163 cm tall and I’m barely 155

cm tall she is almost a head taller than me.

“Betty you know I look at you as a baby sister! Please be safe, and we better see you tomorrow!” she said in a stern big sister voice. “Sis I promise I will be safe, and all of you are the family I never had!” I smiled at her, and she hugged me again.

“Okay guys I will drive our baby home.” Kai walked up from wherever he was standing and he had my backpack over his shoulder while sliding one arm around my waist.

“Come on baby girl, we should go now so we can stop for some food on the way, you have not had a bite to eat as long as you have been here.” he said giving a smile. I looked up at him and gave him a nod while

saying ‘bye‘ to everyone else.
