Chapter 12
Raymond frowned.
“Kaylani, what happened to you?”
“Raymond, I got into a car accident over here, please come and save me, Kaylani’s voice trembled.”
Raymond looked in the direction of the prison and then glanced at his phone when he heard the words. After hesitating for a moment, he told the driver as if he had made a decision: “Go find Kaylani.”
Although he really wanted to find Valerie and ask her why she had thrown away all those clothes, he couldn’t ignore Kaylani’s distress. He reassured himself that Valerie wouldn’t be able to escape from prison, so he decided to deal with Kaylani’s situation first before going to find
her.
Thinking of this, Raymond’s tense heart relaxed slightly.
Kaylani’s car accident was not serious. She was not injured, just scared. When Raymond arrived at the scene, she was hiding in a corner trembling. The moment she saw Raymond, she instantly ran into his arms, her eyes red with tears.
“Raymond, you finally came. I thought I would never see you again in this lifetime.”
Raymond breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that she was okay, and then he took her to the wedding venue.

The wedding started soon, and the guests offered their blessings and applause.
The emcee looked satisfied as he watched the bride and groom, and asked the bride, “Ms. Levine, do you take Mr. Hibben to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do you part?”
Kaylani laughed shyly, looking at Raymond with full of love.
“I was willing.”
The host turned his head and asked Raymond the same question again. Raymond, looking at Kaylani’s face, was thinking of Valerie in his mind.
Over the years of their underground love affair, they were passionate. When their feelings deepened, Valerie would always look at him with her watery eyes and ask, “Raymond, will you marry me?”
Every time, he would lovingly kiss her lips and then tell her, “Of course, I love you so much, who else would I marry if not you.”
Only he knew that he had never thought of marrying her.
“Tell me, between Raymond and me, who made you happier?”
“Of course it was you. Please don’t torture me anymore, okay? Just give it to me.”
“If Raymond knew how bold his beloved crush was in front of me, he would probably be furious. If he knew that the baby in your belly is not his, but mine, I wonder what his reaction would be.”
Kaylani and Kristian’s profanity index was released, and the audience below exploded instantly.
“I didn’t expect Kaylani to look so innocent, but she was actually so flirtatious in private. Mr. Hibben really treated her like a beloved crush and took care of her so carefully.”
“Initially, she looked down on Mr. Hibben’s illegitimate child status and left him for another man. Despite this, Mr. Hibben, without holding a grudge, proposed to her as soon as he obtained the

inheritance rights of the Hibben family. He thought that his suffering had finally come to an end, but he didn’t expect this woman to secretly put a cuckold’s hat on him and even wanted Mr. Hibben to be happy about it. This woman is truly disgusting and malicious. I really feel sorry for Mr. Hibben.”
