The Unwanted Daughter When Love Comes Too Late novel Chapter 326

Tracy's words cut into Liam's heart like a sharp blade, draining the color from his face.

"Why?" His voice trembled. "Do you really hate us that much?"

It was the same question Benjamin had once asked, but Tracy no longer had the patience to answer.

"If you have time to ask me about hate, maybe you should think about how to treat your father's stroke or wonder where your brother has gone."

At the mention of Andrew, Tracy finally allowed herself a smile. "When he comes back, you'd better ask him what happened to him. Then you can ask me about hate again. Maybe I'll actually answer you."

Liam wasn't stupid. He might not have understood the details, but he caught one important thing.

"Do you know where Andrew is?"

Tracy didn't deny it. "Of course I do. I personally sent him there. You're always blaming me for every kidnapping. Well, this time, I actually did it. Want to call the cops on me?"

She admitted it so boldly because she knew Liam had no proof. Even if he did call the police, she wasn't afraid.

The kind of methods the academy used wasn't something the police could fix.

Besides, she was already planning to deal with the academy herself. If Liam stirred things up and made trouble for them, all the better.

Liam never expected her to admit it so calmly, with that look of deliberate provocation on her face.

He stood frozen, not knowing what to say or do.

Tracy, indifferent to his confusion, simply ordered the guards to throw him out.

The truth was, she had resented the Jackmans before, but she had never really hated them.

Because they weren't worth hating.

If it weren't for Erin, she wouldn't have bothered with the Jackmans at all.

Out of respect for her grandfather, she never intended to fight them for the shares they still held. But going back to how things used to be? Impossible.

From now on, whatever became of the Jackmans had nothing to do with her.

After that day, Liam finally understood that Tracy would never forgive them. Yet he still refused to give up.

They were family by blood, after all, and they had grown up together. He couldn't believe Tracy could be so heartless.

He told himself that she was just angry. Once her anger passed, she would forgive them. She had to.
