When the carriage entered the next town, it was already dusk.
"Master, we have arrived." Hu Dao brought the carriage to a halt in front of the largest tavern in the town.
As Hu Dao’s voice faded, the carriage curtain was lifted.
The first to descend from the carriage was Qin Ye.
After he landed, he turned to Rong Jin, who was peering out, and said, "Jin, come out."
Rong Jin had been in the carriage for so long... regardless, he was of an age still considered youthful, and had surely had enough of staying inside.
So, when he heard he could get out, especially with Sister’s permission... he was somewhat impatient.
Just as Hu Dao saw young master Jin of the Rong Family coming out and was about to reach out and lift him down, a pair of slender hands were quicker.
"I’ll do it." It was Qin Ye who spoke.
He lifted Rong Jin down.
Then, when Rong Yan exited the carriage, Hu Dao automatically stepped aside.
Qin Ye quickly reached out his hand... he hoped to assist his beloved.
However, Rong Yan merely glanced at him and jumped down from the other side.
Qin Ye: ...
Alright! He had just forgotten that this lifesaver’s Combat Power was very high.
So, this little distance from the carriage to the ground was nothing to her, really.
He walked around to the other side, "Let’s go inside."
When they entered, the tavern was quite empty... one could even say it looked desolate.
It seemed like there were no other guests in what should have been a bustling tavern.
The Shopkeeper was guarding the tavern and was nodding off at the counter... thinking that there would be no guests that night, and was about to close soon.

So, the master had told him to hold these fifty taels.
